EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 1, 2007
Effective February 1, 2007, EcoQuest will collect and remit sales taxes on behalf of its Business Owners in the following states: Arizona, Arkansas, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, West Virginia and Wyoming.

Emerging revisions in tax laws in many states throughout the country
have given us another opportunity to assist you. In some cases this
will be a service that is incorporated into the sign-up process. In
other cases, these processes are mandated by the states you may be
doing business in. In all cases we are working directly with state
governments to make the administration of sales tax collection as
hassle-free as possible within the guidelines of the particular
state you are operating.
