Worked in hemodialysis. Owned and operated a pharmacy. Has been with EQ for 3 years. Owned a Living Air purifier for 4 years as a customer, then ran into Mark Grijalva. Had no plans to move up in the business. Got motivated after 3 months.
 
Wife Toni for 19 years, six kids.
 
EcoCertification. Unique program that most EcoQuesters do not realize what we have. Important branding concept.
 
Met a woman and went to her home. She was extremely allergic. She said she was 351 times more allergic than the average person. "When she opened the door her face, her arms, every part of exposed skin was blood red -- and she was wearing shorts."
 
In 48 hour she was totally different and was ready to buy. He went to see her after 7 days. She had normal color skin. She said, "I have never slept for 8 hours straight in my life."
 
Strong inspiration came from this experience. "It's about what we can do for people."
 
We've approached 4 restaurants and this story increased to 6 as he talked. One is going to be a teaching restaurant. Learn what these products will do. Don't go in when you haven't completed the Commercial Training. You make EQ look bad if you are not prepared. Make yourself a leader.
 
How did you find your restaurants? "I talk to a lot of people. I look at each person as a resource for meeting his connections. That keeps carrying me on and on."
 
California, Arizona, Midwest -- I go where the business is. I look for people with problems I can solve. "I'm reaching downline to help develop my people."
 
Casino story. Indian Chief was contacted by a downline Sales Manager. Chief said, "I have a problem and if you can solve it I will be impressed." As Steve walks toward the casino he encounters a cloud of smoke. The place is a tent, full of people, but you can't see beyond 6 feet. Chief gave him 30 days. "It's going to take 34 machines." Chief say you have to prove the units work with your own units.
 
He installed 34 Fresh Airs, about 1 every 20 feet all around the perimeter and some in the ceiling in the center.
 
Chief calls after one day at 9:00 PM. "Get down here right now." Steve is wondering what went wrong. Chief says, "Come with me." Steve walks in the room and the smoke is gone. It still smells. He sells tens of thousands of dollars in one check.
 
Who cleans those machines? Steve created a service contract. $2,500 for 5 hours per month of cleaning. Casino is putting in a new building and is going to go to DuctwoRx technology.
 
Lady with allergies. "My machine is making a noise." But she fixed her own machine by just pushing in the fan. She is not a dealer but is thinking of joining the business. She will be a superstar because she'll be coming from her heart. Steve describes the severity of her allergies.
