Steve starts talking about his people.
Rick is an architect who was found from the downline. Owns/designs large properties.
Creating EcoCertified facilities, including hundreds of condo units,
restaurants, etc. Has placed a large order.
Another group.
Home builders -- found from Yellow Pages. Building 50,000 square
foot facility for home builders to come to pick fixtures,
appliances, etc., for the homes they are building (like
a Sam's Club for builders).
Steve's son was a severe asthmatic.
Robin had severe skin allergies.
Steve utilized Western Regional Manager Shan Stratton for marketing
assistance. Shan has the ability to tell the EcoQuest story in a concise
way. "Use your Regional Manager."
How far along should you be before you call on a RM. "I don't want to
waste anyone's time." I call Shan in at the 90% point in a close. Shan
speeds up the finalization because he represents the company.
Goal to have an EcoCertified restaurant in all 48 continental states.
Goal to build 50 Managers (Hall of Fame) in 2 years.
Geographical spreading. Why? Business relationships cause the group to
spread.
Find business people, people of vision.
"I did 6 meetings (appointments) today. Usually I
do 4 - 6 every day."
9:00 AM - $40,000 order. Caterpillar Tractor building. From there he went to the Builder's Display facility. Then to a casino. They to another building -- they purchased over $10,000 worth of EcoCertification products.
This workload takes energy. "If you're not taking the nutrition products this would not be possible."
"I have appointments tomorrow and three-quarters of the next day. I
don't want to go to bed at night and I can't wait to get up in the
morning."
Steve is 49. Used to own a pharmacy. On a part-time bases he sold as
many as 28 air purifiers in a month. Now has a bonus car. Going on
President's Club trip. "We haven't even scratched the surface."
LaundryPure will be 25% of total business. EcoCertification will be the biggest target in the short term.
Commercial is really developing into something we can be very proud of.
Name branding from EcoCertifications is going to really boost business.
"I've been so busy filling orders I haven't gotten into the details of
EcoCertification paperwork."
EcoCertified condos will have Living Water II, air purifiers and laundry.
Listed 7 supplements he takes 3 times a day. Shan Stratton has been
instrumental in getting the message out about nutrition. Wife and daughters
use skin care.
Commercial recruits. Do they just know about products that apply to their
profession? "I was not giving people a full picture of what we are. I
learned to sell the Healthy Living Technologies concept. They're all going
to hear about air, water, nutrition and LaundryPure. I let them know how
busy I am and I let them know I need help." When he follows up he finds out
which of the "pearls" the prospect listened to.
Uses PowerPoint projector and laptop. Commercial people are used to that.
EcoCertification. Air Purification. Water Purification. Food purification.
Nutrition. Dresses semi casual with an EcoQuest shirt.
Has recently been in 3 hospitals -- looks very promising.
"Listen to your downline. You'll be surprised how much they will teach you.
One of my downliners told me I was a good salesman but a bad Manager."
Steve talked about loving the Alaska cruise.
