Ferniza's answer to a customer with a sick wife:
If your wife malabsorbs specific nutrients due to her surgery and health condition or has been prescribed specific forms or amounts of nutrients, then it may be best to continue on the regime she's currently following and simply add Essentials for Life for the extra nutrition.
Although (brand-X) is a good product,
it does not compare to the Infinity2 Essentials for Life. The (brand-X) does
not include probiotics, digestive enzymes, or whole food nutrients like
those found in the EFL. Refer to the EFL Comparison Chart online to see how
EFL compares to other competitor products such as the (brand-X). The
recommended dosage for EFL is 2 capsules with each meal (or 6 capsules
daily). The EFL is designed to cover all of the core nutrition
supplementation needs that individuals have on a daily basis (vitamins,
minerals, antioxidants, digestive enzymes and probiotics), but we also offer
other products to help customize each individual's nutrition program.
Although everyone has the same core
nutrition needs (as provided for in EFL), everyone is different in their
individual nutrient needs based on health status, lifestyle choices,
family history, medications, etc. and should customize their program to
meet their needs. For many individuals, EFL is enough. For others,
adding extra immune support, bone support, etc. may be needed. If
someone has a specific health need, then he/she can add to this core
nutrition program using the products from the Physician's Formula
product line. For example - for prostate health, add Men's Formula; for
bone health, add Healthy Bones & Teeth; for blood sugar support, add
InSupportBSL; for eye health, add Eye Formula, etc.
CAeDS and the (brand-X) NANO technology
are not the same. NANO simply refers to a method of processing the
individual ingredients/nutrients in the product, also referred to as nano-encapsulation.
In some cases, this technology can help improve bioavailability of a
nutrient or ingredient because it protects the nutrient during tableting and
other processing. However, it is not the same as CAeDS. CAeDS utilizes
enzymes to work with the body's natural processes to ensure that the
nutrients contained within the whole food ingredients of the product are
available for use within the body. For more information on CAeDS, refer to
the link below. This is the old Infinity2 Information website. Although the
product information is outdated, the Technical Papers and Research Papers on
this site are still valid.
Please let me know how I can best
assist you with your wife's nutrition program.
Sincerely,
