To find this information on the company site:
1. Go to
www.ecoquest.com
2. There are 5 options
across the top. Hold your cursor over "Business Owners"
3. A drop down menu will
appear. Move down to the first box and click on "Business Owners Home"
4. Look down the menu items
on the left and click on "Sales Tax Information"

The EcoQuest Sales Tax System |

These states require that
EcoQuest collect tax or, in some cases, they leave this up to the
individual dealer (see next column). |
These states allow the
individual dealer to opt out of the company tax collection system;
but only after a valid resale certificate/sales tax license is
submitted to EcoQuest. |
These states DO NOT OFFER A
CHOICE. EcoQuest is required to collect tax at the time the products
are ordered. |
These states are not tied to the
EcoQuest Sales Tax System. Business Owners (Dealers) in these states
are required to obtain and comply with the rules associated with
their state's tax laws (if any). |
