"Our recruits are our responsibility. We want to arm them for success," says Laarni. She adds, "We try to keep our systems simple and duplicatable, really encouraging a professional presentation."

Oooh's and Aaah's

"The Living Proof has proven to be our most powerful tool for sales and recruiting. I encourage every Business Owner to use this tool," shares Sherwin. Laarni adds, "Without the Living Proof, I could not do my presentations. People are visual, and we're talking about air here. The customer cannot see their air, and probably can't visualize what our products can do for them. The Living Proof shows the customer the smoke, then makes it disappear. Once they see that, they can imagine the smoke and dust floating around in their own homes, and how our air units can get all that out of their breathing space."

They explain that when prospects see the smoke disappear it gets them to visualize what is going to happen inside their homes. And they also get the "ooh's and aah's" quickly.

"When the results are so immediate, it also serves to build confidence for the new recruit and we're off to a good start with them," Laarni emphasizes.

"This business is real and it is possible to achieve a better lifestyle. We're "living proof." You just need to be coachable and be willing to work," Laarni says. Sherwin adds, "I ask myself everyday, 'how can I do more? What else can I learn today'"

A few months ago they learned that Dan Gibson is their upline Master Manager. "He has been a tremendous support for us. We have learned so much and his availability when we need him has been great," they say. It is obvious that Laarni and Sherwin have that same spirit of care.

When asked why they feel they have been successful they answer, "I think people realize we really care. We lead our EcoQuest business with our hearts, and truly want our group members to have early success. So we help them sell their Success Packs before they arrive. We have them set up appointments and we train as we sell."
