Simple Leads System "Networker Central"

We started our businesses by contacting friends. After recruiting a dozen or so, we graduated to contacting people "casually" (as we went about our daily activities). In other words, if you keep your eyes open, prospects are everywhere and they are free. Our most important early growth came from working in depth with our first half dozen leaders, and this would be advisable for anyone. When we had someone who wanted to work, we offered to do a meeting at that person's home and we helped with 3-way recruiting calls. A few years down the road, much more growth came when we used the Marc Kloner radio system. All of these options are open to everyone, but we are all different. Many people, for whatever reason, are not eager to contact their friends. And most people will not want to do radio. Some risk is involved and the learning curve is significant. Some people get their 10 FREE LEADS and immediately decide this is not something they want to do. We have tried to encourage these people to go through the numbers for a month or two, but not everyone will do this. It requires a commitment of time in the evenings and the pressure of calling strangers (many of whom are neither friendly nor receptive). But it's a great system (and very affordable) if you are determined to build a business and have no other way. Key Manager Colleen Quintana got a Master Pack buyer from her first 10 leads. Karen Halaby is using these to supplement her radio work. She has recruited a few and is happy to have this alternative method. Bob Giddens knows about a prospect who attended his Baton Rouge meeting in April then got a Master Pack in May. This lead program is new (Spring 2006). Other committed leaders—perhaps people from Leaders Club—are needed if we are to keep the system in place. My belief is pretty basic. Our businesses would increase dramatically if significant numbers of our builders would commit to talk to 2-5 new people a day. Networker Central offers an inexpensive and realistic way to do this. I would like to see every builder receive at least 2-3 "permission to call" real-time Home Based Business Seekers every day for about $100 a month. With this very inexpensive level of involvement, the Lead Management Website is free. That website is excellent, I might add. A program like this—simple and cost effective—has been missing. At minimum, it will help business owners develop their presentation and phone skills. Some may increase their skills to the point that they could move up to radio. This system helps our large numbers of floundering recruits who don't know what to do. The $100 is a low threshold qualifier that most people can afford if they really want to. There is no compensation for sending someone to this system, but you do get 5 free leads per referral. If you have any ideas to improve this, let us know since they are flexible with customization.
