Smart Returns -How
to immediately change/upgrade a first order from one bottle of
Essentials for Life, adding additional products
(1) In Step 2 of the sign up program new
members must check the box that says "I agree
to have my autoship order processed every month on the day selected.
The amount of $39.95
will be charged to the credit card specified on this application on
your designated ship date. (For each monthly shipment, plus freight
and applicable sales tax.)"
(2) At the end of the initial sign up
sequence 2 invoices will display: one for the $25 member fee and one
for the single bottle of Essentials for $39.95 plus
shipping & handling.
(3) Print copies of both invoice and log
out of the site.
(4) Immediately sign back in and click on
"To Modify Your Monthly Order,
Click Here!"
(5) From the EcoQuest Business Center home
page choose the "Ordering" drop down menu, drop down and choose
the "Triple A Maintenance" option.
(6) Click on the far left "Triple A
order#" to open your active order for the one bottle of
Essentials you were required to order to become a Smart Returns
member.
(7) Click on "Edit selection."
(8) Add to your order as you wish
(i.e. - Change from the 1 bottle to the family pack
of 4 bottles of EFL, choose additional products - nutrition, skin
care, Enzyme Diet). You have complete control
over what you order for 30QV or more monthly to remain a qualified
member. Order 50QV or more and shipping is FREE!
(9) Click on "Update Cart," and "Next,"
proofread your changes, then click "Submit Template." A highlighted
message will display saying: "Your Autoship has been
successfully changed."
(10) Print your revised invoice.
NOTE: If your new
order exceeds 50QV the original shipping charges will be removed.
If you sign out and go back in to the EBC and view the order
again there will be zero shipping charges.
