JoAnn Grant’s Cancer Battle Plan – Feb 2005

 

Short personal history: I was diagnosed with bilateral breast cancer in August, 2004, after having needle biopsies performed at Poudre Valley Hospital.

 

The first thing I did was to send an email requesting prayers for guidance and healing to all friends, family and colleagues whom I knew to be people of prayer. Then I began my research and planning, unafraid and fully confident that I would soon be cancer free.

 

A local surgeon recommended a lumpectomy on the left side and either a partial or full mastectomy on the right side – followed by radiation.

 

However, over several years, I had learned of many alternative therapies and alternative healthcare practitioners and knew several women who had opted for alternative treatment modalities and ALL are still cancer-free. I spoke with each of these women and several alternative healthcare providers. I did some additional research on the Internet (gaining even more information - which I have included here).

 

I then proceeded to form my Personal Battle Plan. I had originally planned to travel to Hospital Santa Monica, as several of my colleagues had done. But, finding that the treatments I required could be obtained locally, I chose to stay home and do them here.

 

Recently I had a second AMAS test performed and a Cancer Profile panel, as well. Both show that there is no longer any cancer present.  I will continue along the path of having these tests done routinely and continue to strengthen my immune system with steps as outlined at the end of this Plan outline.
