The 75-minute call is difficult for most people to utilize in one sitting. The first 15 minutes is an interview by Ed Hutchins. Then Bob Giddens introduces the commercial segment and interviews Alton Holt for 6 minutes (see link below). Consultant James Lee discusses the impressive and unique capabilities of our RCI technology (see link below). The final segment of the call involves Bob Giddens, Alton Holt and James Lee (final link). These segments are extremely valuable.

Alton Holt Interview, 6 min

Thank you Carroll MacDonald for reporting on the call...

The James Lee Call on January 10 (audio link above) was a most uplifting and exciting training call. Bob's guests were Master Manager Alton Holt and Consultant James Lee. Alton is EcoQuest's most successful Commercial Dealer. Alton did a million dollar project with the US Government, a project with a University Museum in Texas, several school districts and much more. Tonight he introduced a consultant he uses on big projects. Mr. Lee, a Chemical Engineer, is a West Point Graduate and was a Professor at West Point. He serves as an anti-terrorist consultant to Corporate America and Homeland Security.

Alton and James have completed 100 buildings in 21 countries. James, who is an outside consultant and not an EcoQuest Dealer, said that our company's Commercial Products have no competitors. EcoQuest has completely unique products.

How does the technology work? The RCI (Radiant Catalytic Ionization) takes water vapor and oxygen from the air and creates hydroperoxides, the most prominent of which is hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). This simple-looking but complex molecule has 2 negative charges and 2 positive charges. Microbes are drawn towards these charges. Hydroperoxides, he said, work 40 times faster than ozone. In an application environment, EcoQuest's hydrogen peroxide concentration rises to .02 parts per million, which is 1/50th of the EPA 8-hour safety standard. We get a 90% kill in 1 hour and a 96% kill in 2 hours. Actually, higher killsup to 99%have been reported by Kansas State University.

Two other companies attempt to solve the same problems. As an example, Servepro mixes H2O2 with water. Their process introduces an atomized form of water plus H2O2, which is different from and does not work nearly as well as our molecular H2O2.

According to Mr. Lee, corporations that install our technology realize these benefits...

w Reduce the number of absentee days, which contributes to productivity

w Lack of business interruption

w System pays for itself

w Increases employee confidence in the corporation

James Lee says in dry areas like Southern California, Arizona, New Mexico, etc, we should use the LOW OXIDATION CELL for best results (the Kansas State University tests were done with the LowOx cell and it is not a bad idea to order this option for 95% of applications). The HighOx RCI Cell works best with 40% to 70% humidity. In drier conditions you get a smell that is an objectionable to sensitive people. The LowOx cell produces 3% ozone and 97% hydrogen peroxide. When ordering, look for or ask for the LowOx Cells (same price).

Many places need this technology. Staph is becoming epidemic in high schools, college gyms, health clubs, hospitals, clinics, and doctors' offices. Many diseases are becoming resistant to antibiotics. EcoQuest technology can kill these germs including Staph and MRSA (Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus).

Alton Holt will have pictures of some actual installations at the Commercial Training
