The purpose of this email is to share my personal experience with the Living Sunshine machine. For several weeks I have been using it every day for 45 minutes or longer. It sits next to my laptop on my desk while I work. I’m a health conscious person and know when something is working or not. This product absolutely works! Since using it I have noticed less fatigue and an overall better sense of well being. In particular, I have noticed much higher energy levels and feel stronger in the gym.

It must be the light that has made the difference as I have not changed anything else in my routine. You may be saying, ”Greg, you live in Southern California. Why would you need a Living Sunshine?” It’s true that we have lots of sunshine in Southern California but the fact is, I spend much of my day indoors and don’t always get the proper daily dose of outside sunshine. Like plants, our bodies need light.

This product is a great “safety net” to make sure we get plenty of light and I plan on using it daily from this point forward. I especially like the compact design with built in ionizers.
