 Healthy Home Party Plan

"Healthy Home Parties" (or whatever you want to call your events) can be very exciting. This is an excellent way to take advantage of your warm market and generate "duplication"!

1) Pick a date to have your party or better yet, have your new business owner do this at their home with their warm market. (We are doing these at chiropractor, realtors, insurance, & veterinarian offices as well)

2) Send out postcards or invitations.

3) Follow up with a phone call asking your guest to bring something like folding chair or card table or what ever you are comfortable with.

4) Prepare your meeting area with proper displays and educate your guests.

5) Offer the a free trial with the 3rd party approach ("Our" or "The" Company offers a free in home trial and we can tailor EcoQuest's products to your personal environment).

6) Show them how they can get a LP or Fresh Air for free (use Bob Giddens "Buy 1/Buy 4" Marketing flyer order at www.chippynews.com).

7) Book more parties. (If you want do 1 party a week, or if you like this system work 3 nights a week and watch your business flourish!)

8) Do proper fallow up (call your customer with in 24 hours after placement.)

9) Build relationships, & sponsor many more quality folks.

10) What is the result of this fishing hole? Success!!!

This is fun and very easy to duplicate with little or no cold calling or high pressure. Keep in mind, every person has an average of 200 in their warm market!!!

The postcards?  The cost is $21 per 100 + $ 4.50 shipping  or  $180 per 1000 + $8.50 shipping.

To order post cards: Make checks payable to: PhotoAir, 911 Roberta Circle, Goodhue, MN,  55027. Fax 651-923-5159 or email your order & shipping info to ecofortune@sleepyeyetel.net.

This HHPP is just not for Home gatherings. We have used this same layout at Networking meetings as well like BNI, Chamber, Pet Club meetings, etc

To make the Party or meeting successful, you will want a EcoQuest Business Master Pack on hand http://www.ecoquestintl.com/dealersupport/successpack.asp. It is hard to sell out of an empty wagon.  If you have a nice display of items this works as well.

You will be successful selling when you "Educate the guests", and "Tailor the products to their individual needs", & offer a "No obligation trial in home trial".

They will notice the difference with in the 1st hour to 24 hours in their home.

Important to fallow the initial steps when placing the machines in their homes.

Fallow up with in 24 hours of placing the machine with them.  If you don’t fallow up, you do not deserve the sale!!!!!  Customer service #1!  Take every negative and turn it into a positive.  To These machines work every time in every situation.  If they had it on the away mode for to long and smells really clean, simply congratulate them on super cleaning their home and know turn it down to the square footage of the room it is placed in.

Healthy Home Post Cards to Invite:

* Retail customers

* Future business dealers

You can tailor this meeting or party to the individuals that you invite. For example, if you were to invite folks from your neighborhood perhaps have a BBQ & some fresh fruit and veggies.

You may want to have testimonials of the type of work related business that your neighbors are involved in. Veterinarian, realtor, daycare. Have clippings from local news papers of issues of water and air pollution if possible.  Do some research in you local area on allergies, mold, & environmental stories.  Tailor Tailor Tailor!!!!!

Ask your guests to bring something for the party. Perhaps you need some chairs, or card tables.

Display Items:

1. Living proof, Fresh Air, DuctwoRx, Fresh Air 2-Go, Spectrum, & Buddy. (Get educational hand outs from www.tryfreshair.com.)

2. Living Water II & III or Spring House. (Go to www.ewg.org/tapwater to find out what pollutants are in your local water.)

3. TED, snack pack pudding for Essentials ForLife demo (take 2 snack puddings and open them both. In one place two essentials for life and wait 30 minutes or less. End result is it is liquid!) Add an Ionic tooth brush.

4. Laundry Pure (show pictures of it if you do not have one)

5. Skin Care & Shampoo. Place Flowers by the skin care. Purple and lime green paper or netting under product.

6. If you are displaying the business opportunity, have on separate table or present it at a different meeting if you do not want to mix the retailing with opportunity.

When you have local dealers, have them in charge of helping with individual tables by educating your guests. You will be able to help them at their parties as well. As you build dealers they will learn from the way you teach them. Use your handouts. Put your contact information on every piece of literature and product you handout!

7. Retail catalogs from EcoQuest item # US20489.EcoCertified application for home (insert in the catalogs). http://www.ecoquestintl.com/ecocertified/index_home.asp

Encourage folks to get their homes EcoCertified. Have a copy of the actual EcoCertified form for you customer to take with them. Have separate sheets of paper on hand so every guest can physically do a layout of their individual homes and you can show placement of the products in their environments. Keeps the guest involved and wanting ownership of the product in their home. Tailor, Tailor, Tailor

8. Invoices to write up the no obligation trial of the products.

9. Have a special incentive for them to take a product home that day. The gift card item code is US20315. If you want a FREE LaundryPure, book a party from this party and have 4 customers buy a Fresh Air or LaundryPure. Remember once you have a retail customer each retail sale is worth 6-12 more from that one person (use Bob Giddens' 2-page Buy1/Buy4 Marketing flyer). Go to www.chippynews.com to order. Better yet, recruit them!

Remember, tailor our opportunity to their comfort zone!

Part time or Full time opportunity.

10. Have testimonials for each product. (Testimonial book from EcoQuest item # US64190)  or go to: http://www.ecoquestintl.com/dlrdown/website_infolibrary/EQTestimonialBook.pdf.) Display them next to the product or on the same table.

11. Financing: 12, 24, 36 month financing option if you personally have this in your area.)  The EZ 4 payment plan on hand. http://www.ecoquestintl.com/dlrdown/website_forms/ezpayform.pdf

Your Goal is to book parties from doing parties. Remember, all of us have an immediate 200 contacts. What if you made a goal of having parties booked every Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday of every week. Then you have dealers doing the same and as momentum is created. What if you did a Healthy Home party a week and had 5-10 dealers doing the same. This is were the WOW factor comes in.

Tailor the parties to your schedule. Perhaps you only want to be out one night a week, that is great. Duplicate this with your new dealers.

If you are calling on business sales people you could offer rolls and coffee for a morning meeting. Tailor the time of the meeting to the business guest’s time line that you have invited for the day. Planning & Tailoring is the way that you work smart.

Half way through the meeting work in the opportunity and business plan. Have business owners kit, dealer & success pack agreements on hand. http://www.ecoquestintl.com/dealersupport/tools_downloads.asp

Have a separate sheet of contact numbers for EcoQuest life line calls, http://www.ecoquestintl.com/Conference-Calls/index_home.asp

Your SM weekly conference call & home office information.  PH#

The day before your event...

« Confirm that your guests will be attending.

« Set up an area for your party. Have your TV/VCR ready to go.

« Plan to have coffee and cookies or other refreshments.

« Organize a baby sitter or pet sitter if needed.

The day of your event...

ü Welcome your guests and steer them to the refreshment table. As they get seated hand them a questionnaire and ask them to fill out while everyone is getting settled.

ü Share your story. Why you were attracted to the product and the company.

ü Give a short 10 minute Indoor Air Quality talk. You can use highlights from “Home is where the RISK Is" from the Success From Home Magazine. Make it simple. Show some copies of news articles. Comment on the public awareness—heightened since 9/11—on indoor air and water quality. “We all wonder why our kids are getting sick all the time, why are we getting sick all the time, no energy, etc.  Could it be the air or water?”  Show EcoQuest Living Proof demo and get one of the guests to help do the ammonia and or onion test. Get people involved.

ü Show the Fresh Air DVD.

ü Ask for questions or comments.

ü Take them to the kitchen and show them the Living Water. Tell them that the coffee was made with it. Do pet test if you have a pet that can be trusted! Put down two bowls of water for your pet, one purified and one not purified. Let people smell and taste the tap water and then the purified water. If you have city water with chlorine in it, this is SO effective.

ü Go back to the living room and ask for questions or comments. Talk a little about the ecoH cleaner, soap, e3, etc. Make sure they have handout information. Ask them to turn over their survey forms and list all the things they can think of that the living air or water could make a difference in their homes. The one with the most listed will get a prize (ecoH, e3 6-pack, etc).  Be prepared for a tie. Have the guests read their lists out loud. Send each person home with a Living Air and Water if possible—a Fresh Air DVD, copies of some testimonial letters, copy of the CBS news article on the EcoQuest DuctwoRx put into a day care center. Whatever you have.

ü Go through with each customer how to adjust machine in their home. Follow up with each guest.

CONGRATULATIONS!  You have just had a successful Healthy Home Party!
