When you enter the website, an introductory movie will begin.  You will then enter the main website where you will see a movie on our company and product.  In the banner across the top of the page, you will see a series of links.  The “Product” link will take you to information about the product.  At “Testimonies,” you will find information from individuals about what the product has done for them.  The “Research” link will take you to scientific reports on the benefits of the product.  When you click on “Opportunity,” you will find a video showing you how to earn money from home.   If you click on “Calculator,” you will find a calculator where you can change the numbers in the pink box and see how much you can earn each month.

Becoming a Heartland Dealer

 

FOR ALL OPTIONS – The first thing that you need to do is sign your prospect up as a Heartland Business Owner.

 

__(prospect’s name)__, let’s go ahead and get your information into the company.  I have most of your information.  Would you like for me to enter your information into the computer or would you like to do that?

 

If the prospect wants you to fill out the application, ask the following:

 

__(prospect’s name)__, do you want to put your spouse on the application?  If yes, get the spouse’s name.

 

__(prospect’s name)__, the company sends out a 1099 at the end of the year on your business so I will need your Social Security number to enter on the application.  Can you give that to me? 

 

If your prospect gives you all of the necessary information to complete the application, either go online with the applicant on the phone and complete the application or conclude your call, complete the application, and print a copy of it so that you have a record of the New Business Owner number and can help with placing the order for a Wellness Business Pack or a case of Heartland Select.  When you have completed the application process, call your new business owner and give the person his/her business owner number and website access information.

 

If the prospect does not want to give you the SS#, direct the prospect to the website www.heartlandcareer.com/yourtag to complete the application or take the prospect to the website and walk him/her through the application process.  If you believe that he/she is at the computer ask:

 

            Are you at your computer?

 

If the prospect says “NO”, encourage him/her to go the computer so you can walk with the person through the signup.

 

If you walk you prospect through the application process, be sure to ask for the New Business Owner number so that you can help with placing the order for a Wellness Business Pack or a case of Heartland Select.  

 

Let’s enter this website – www.heartlandcareer.com/yourtag.  When the website opens, click on “NEXT”.  This will take you into the main website.  Click on “Get Started” located in the banner at the top of the page.  When the next page comes up, click on “Your Next Step”.  It does not matter which “Your Next Step” the prospect uses as they all go to the same Heartland application form.

 

You should now be in the Heartland website.  On the left side of the page, do you see “JOIN THE HEARTLAND TODAY”?  (Pause for answer.)  Please click on it.

 

A second page will appear that has a green square with a big “H” in the center of the square.  Please click on the “Sign Up Today” link in the square.

Bottles) $139.00, the prospect signs into the company and goes on autoship.  Make sure that either you or the new business owner sets the start date for the autoship. Financed Wellness Business Pack – Completing the Application

 

After Best Finance approves the telephone application, it will be necessary for your new business owner to complete a hard copy application and fax it to Best. 

 

When you call the new business owner back, let them know that the application has been approved and then proceed:

Can you go to www.bestfinanceinc.com and let me know when it opens?  In the center of the page at the top, you will see “Products and Service."  Please click on it.  When the page opens, go down to “Success Pack Program” and click on it.  Now you will see “Success Pack Applications” on the right side.  Please click on “United States – English”.  A page of instructions and a one page form will come up.  This form is the agreement.  Please print the form and I will go through it with you.  Let me know when you are ready. 

 

When the business owner is ready, proceed:

 

At the top of the page, you will see “Month to Credit PV”   Fill in __(name of current month)__.

 

Next you will see “Reference #”.  Please put in _____ (the reference number given over the telephone).

 

Do the see the top right side of the page where it says: “type of application that you are making?”

Go on down the right side of the page and put in today’s date, month and year.  Be sure to add your signature.

 

At the bottom of the page, you will find “I will be making my monthly payment of __(Insert $283.34)__ by:”
