Feedback on Leaders Club
As I go through the Leaders Club weekly reports, I will
post some interesting comments on this site. Notice how different the
submissions are, as they should be because people are so different. Growth
stories will be posted, as well. If your name appears here, I am counting on you
to pull out all the stops. Get your 1 new leader (or more) each and every month.
Get ahead of the 2-4-8-16-32-64 progression if you can, but we don't just want
fake names. We want real participants who, themselves, will work on the
2-4-8-16-32-64 progression. Thank you for your submissions. Thanks, especially,
to the Leaders who are collecting and managing reports from their own group. I
obviously cannot micromanage the whole company when it comes to Leaders Club.
But I want my sub-Leaders to watch and learn. Do you feel the power of this
page? It takes a big commitment on my part to read dozens of submissions and
choose a few based on their sincerity, variety and content. Perhaps you should
be summarizing the comments from your group and publishing what you find, just
as I am doing. It doesn't have to be on a website. It can be in the form of a
summary letter—a
group report for all to see. Your group will appreciate being recognized, and
they will learn from each other.
Bob:
We are definitely in. You should have a
fax from our first leader recruit—Chris
Fleury.
We look forward to
building a group of leaders and, YES, we will be promoting
this.
We look forward to seeing our name and our growing list on your
group of leaders.
We are already on Triple-A with an order much greater than $80
per month.
Our goal is to develop a minimum of 10 Legs in width and track
these Legs with a Leg Chart.
We listen to conference calls to stay connected.

Goals:
1. Speak to
5+ a day (cold calls, referrals, leads, etc.).
2. Follow
up after handing out DVDs or other materials. Follow up was my
weak point.
3. Bring
2-5 to my upline's weekly meeting; and start my own meetings, at
least 1 per month.
4. Ask more
of my Dealers—delegate!
5. Be more
creative in my approaches.
6. Reach
over shoulders.
7. Qualify
for a Bonus Car ($800/month).
8. Climb to
40,000 to 60,000 QV per month within 3-6 months.
Maggie
states her opinion of this course from 7 choices. "This is what
I have needed, I feel its effect on
me already, and
I plan
to be
a sincere
participant. I needed this to kick my bum to the front of
the line. I thrive on a challenge and on being held accountable.
I know you are watching."
She also
says, There's no TV or social time. I work and make my plan for
the next day with diligence.
My mandate is...
1. Be a Leaders Clubber in all respects. Be 100% committed.
Follow all the rules.
2. Recruit at least one new Leaders Clubber per month. More than
one would be better.
3. Discover my own ways and get to know my own strengths. I will
not be a Bob Giddens or a Michele Jones. I will be a Maggie
Michel. Find out what that is.
4. Filter my existing Dealers and new prospects through the
Leaders Club pages. Some of them might need help with the finer
details. That's why I have to be fully versed in how it works.
|
I am 110%
committed. I more than need to be. I must provide MORE for my
family, I must.
If I am to
build 8 Working Legs, I will need to develop 16 Good Legs—just
to be sure I always have 8 good and active ones.
I have 3 pages
of Leg Charts with solid leaders on them, and I will continue to
develop new Leg Chart pages with new Leaders until I reach 10 solid
Leaders in each Leg. I find my Leaders through EcoLeads, local
recruiting and working with existing Dealers as Stepping Stones to
other Leaders.
I am a good
salesman, but not good at approaching. I have enough machines in the
market that I get a decent flow of referrals and I close 90%+. I
sell at least 3 a month and have sold over 12.
I'm an okay
recruiter. My weakness is that I do not completely qualify my
prospect and get him to review the info. I do not set a follow up
time. I have recruited 5 in a month but I have also recruited zero.
This must change if I am to develop a strong business.
I'm good, not
great, as a Leader. I stay in touch with my people but I'm not great
at getting them to work. I lost my momentum and have been in a funk
for over 2 years. This has to stop. I must learn to motivate my
existing Dealers and really motivate new people to stay on track,
after qualifying them as someone who wants a serious career.
I need the Leaders Club. I promoted this to
my downline and did not get a single response. Even so, I will
embrace this and develop MY skills. I will recruit people who will
read this and COMMIT. I will work very hard with those who join
Leaders Club.
I will stay committed and MAKE this work. I
am determined to move this forward in a big way. I will follow your
lead and develop my own Leadership skills at the same time.

Tom Moorhead in Des Moines, IA, under
Bill & Kelly Davis submitted his first week's report and signed
up for the Chippy News.
Comments:
1. I'm committed. I need Leaders Club to
reach my goals.
2. I have concentrated on recruiting and
that hasn't worked so well for me. Now I am going to concentrate
on identifying Leaders and getting them
committed to this program.
3. I was using a recruiting system that
was too cheesy and didn't work for me. I need to find a
methodology I can believe in so I can convey it convincingly.

Bob responds to Tom (and others):
Any system you believe in is going to work (for you)
better than any system you doubt. One person can do well with
system A; whereas another can't make A work. He has to go to
system B. Ultimately he will find his own say—the
Tom Moorhead system.
Leaders Club provides some basic guidelines and assignments, but
each person ultimately has to discover his own system.
Tom, I think you will find that some of the skills you learned
while using system A will serve you
well
in this new approach.

Karen & Jim
Stang in Burnsville, MN, under Jane & Dennis Gillen, signed up
for Chippy News and submitted these goals:
1. I want to be a good leader within
EcoQuest International. I really feel the company and its
products are truly needed in today's world. I am in and 100%
committed
2. I see
great potential for the company, products and myself within the
company.
3. I want
to develop 8 Legs in width in my organization. Each Leg will
start with a Leader and I will work to develop 8 Leaders in
depth.
4. I am
committed to support these Legs as a Leader.
5. I have
not yet done 10 placements. Nor have I recruited 10 Dealers. In
past jobs I have been a Leader. In EQ I don't have a group.
6. I will
use such systems as Project Air and 3x3x3x3.
7. This
statement needs to be redeveloped, refined to include dates for
completion.
|
Goals from Jeff Stark:
1. I am currently 6 wide. Only 2 are
productive and only Margie Williams is a Leader.
2. I will go back to the beginning and make
a new
Spiral Notebook.
3. I will approach 3 new people each day
about the business—either
cold approaches or existing friends or business acquaintances.
4. I will integrate every lead's email into
my follow up software, which will serve as CWT.
5. We will do 1 opportunity meeting in our
home per month beginning in June.
6. I will continue doing training meetings
in my home. This month the topics are computer basics and
LaundryPure marketing.
7. As required by the Leaders Club, I will
listen to at least 3 conference calls per week.
8. I have reprioritized my time to make EQ
#1 and my other business #2.
9. I can't get my brain around "8 Leaders
deep" so I will need time to mull that over.
10. I understand that to make this work I
must give myself over fully to Leaders Club. I must follow the
requirements of the plan as they are stated. I will follow
instructions and be coachable.

Darwin Cuddleback from Ventura, CA under
Carroll MacDonald, sent his Week #1 report and he is ordering
Chippy News.
He listed these goals:
1. To serve
God first.
2. To
always be Positive—and
a Leader.
3. Create
at least 8-12 Legs wide.
4. Develop
8-12 Leaders deep.
5. Listen
to as many Lifeline and Nutrition calls as possible!
6. Taking
my Infinity2 supplements and TED. I have a $154 Triple-A order.
7. Know that to "gain" I have to "give."
If I do this, the bottom line will take care of itself.

Gary Rothman's Week #1 Report
1. I am in and committed.
2. I will build 8 wide and 8 deep in
each Leg.
3. I update my Leg Chart each Sunday.
4. I sell at least 1 machine a week, and
I'm capable of doing even more.
5. In my best months I have recruited
10-15 personally. But I do not have enough workers. I don't know
if Leaders Club will change this but I must find some
path to getting more downline workers.
6. I'm good as a Leader but not as great
as I need to become.
7. I will use the Leaders Club as a
recruiting tool and as one of my primary methodologies.
8. I will handle my group, read their
reports, give them recognition and feedback and report to you
what results we are having.
9. I am a
subscriber to Chippy News.

Barry/Debra Groh 's
Week #1 Report
1. We are in and committed.
2. We will build 8 wide and 8 deep in each
Leg.
3. We will learn about and do
Leg Charting.
4.
I'm good at selling (Debra), but I do
not average 1 machine per week.
5. We are good at recruiting, too, but we do
not average 2 per month. This will change.
6.
I'm good as a Leader, not great. I stay
in touch with my people; but I'm not great at getting them to work.
7. We will use Leaders Club as a
recruiting tool and as a primary methodology. This is what we have
needed. We already feel its effect, and we plan to be sincere
participants. On the other hand, we don't know yet if we will follow
through in all the areas.
8. I am not 100% ready to handle my group.
We will rely on David & Margaret Dyer to guide us initially, but we
look forward to becoming full charge leaders soon.
9. We love
Chippy News.

Excerpts from Diane & Roger Barrette:
(I'm giving them two columns)
«
I am a leader and so this club is for me.
«
My work day will include contacting 3 of my existing dealers on
my Leg Chart—thus
covering 18 Legs per week. My goal is to know who belongs on my
radar screen.
«
My work day will include contacting a minimum of 3 prospects per
day via Networker Central. I
will recommend all my leaders use this system as a supplement to
other methods.
«
I am not good at selling and not really great at recruiting. I
tend to default into a coaching mode which is my forte. I am
using the Network Central to practice over and over in
effort to reduce the time I spend on the phone with a prospect.
My goal is to qualify people, then finalizing with a 10-15
minute business opportunity/closing script.
|
«
I will listen to 3 conf calls per week and conduct 3 per month.
I will do better at personal touches and promoting meetings to
new recruits throughout my organization.
«
I am ready to coach anyone who has a positive attitude, is
coachable and gives me a good why.
«
I will find 6 builders who are motivated to become Sales
Managers by August 1st, 2006. I will arrange a weekly strategy
call to guide them toward FSD. I will encourage them to
duplicate this process. For anyone who achieves their first
month qualifying for Sales Manager, I will emphasize a weekly
strategy call with me or their Manager. I plan to develop 2 more
first level Sales Manager Legs by Christmas.
«
I will continue digging to identify Leaders under my Sales
Managers in an effort to increase their stability.
|
We signed
up for Networker Central as
soon as we heard about it.
Out of my
first 10 leads (the free ones), there are 2 seemingly good
candidates. One is in Puerto Rico, the other in Florida. Today
or tomorrow (May 18/19) should tell me a lot.
I like the
system. It will be a good tool for our downline. Diane Barrette
has done a great job here. I wish I had her gift! I also like
that we can be on the road and carry our Online program wherever
we are. This will come in very handy this year.
