Dan Gibson Training Inquire About This Program or Pre-register with Dan's assistant, Ross, at gmsadmin@charter.net.
Instructions from Master Manager Dan Gibson: Please pre-register with my assistant, Ross, at gmsadmin@charter.net. I usually do one training per month in various parts of the country. Only Fast Start Distributors and above can attend. If you are not at this rank, hustle up! You need four active legs and 5,000 QV in your 30-day Fast Start window. If your Fast Start window is already closed, see your Sales Manager to learn what alternatives may be possible. We require pre-registration. This is to ensure that we have ample seating and handouts printed, and also to make certain that we are not stepping on anyone's toes. I require anyone who is a Distributor or MIT under a Manager not in my line to obtain the recommendation of his upline Manager. I do that so as not to interfere with other Managers' training and guidance. Other than that, everyone is always welcome and I never charge for the training. I average about $1,500 expense per workshop but I consider it an investment and am happy to do it. (Even people that are not in my downline can increase my BMW bonus!).
How serious are you?
Comments by Bob Giddens: In the past two years, Master Managers Dan & Debbie Gibson have been the hottest leaders in EcoQuest. This is not well known because Dan & Debbie work hard within their group but have less public exposure than many other leaders. Their group expanded from 25 Sales Managers in 1992 to 50 Sales Managers in 1993 and 120 Sales Managers today. Their leaders are solid producers, many with bonus cars, and many that earn BMW and President's Club awards. Has this happened by accident? No at all. Dan is an excellent strategist and a commanding leader (could his USMC background be a factor in this?). Most people know that Dan is a full time Presbyterian Minister. This means he commits most of his weekends to church work and is somewhat limited in travel flexibility. He has been doing 3-day training programs on a once-per-month basis and attributes much of his groups' strong growth to this program. Three days is a big commitment and is not for the faint of heart. Day 1 is about "Why" you are in EcoQuest and "How Much" do you want to succeed. An EcoQuester is unlikely to survive if he doesn't have a lot of strength in these areas. Day 2 will cover multiple business building methods -- maybe 10 or more. Each person has to find 2 or 3 methods he can do well and he must know about the others ( so they can be offered to his downline). Day 3 covers motivation. How does a person motivate himself? How does he motivate and lead his people? How serious are you?
