Congratulations to Bill & Sherri Krull on receiving their brand new BONUS CAR!
Bill Krull, Tampa, Florida
Personal story ( audio) and a wonderful training lessonon how to approach HVAC professionals and other trades professionals (electricians, plumbers, carpet cleaners, remodelers, office cleaners, etc.).
Foreword by Bob Giddens
This
half-hour audio can be played at a meeting and will be
very well received. Thank you, Bill, for contributing
to the company as a whole. Bill's talk begins with a personal story that
will appeal to professional prospects, people whose investments were
hurt by the stock market decline, people with care responsibility for
aging parents, and anyone in or approaching retirement. Bill's sincerity
comes through and his blow-by-blow training is outstanding.
Not many people will copy Bill in an exact way; that's not the way our training campaigns play out. Bill has a high level of comfort and excellent skills when it comes to calling on small businesses. Most of us will enjoy this call and learn from it, but we will not build our careers in this exact way. Ultimately, each new EcoQuester must find his own best markets, best techniques, and zones of comfort.
Likewise, each effective EcoQuester will teach career flexibility throughout his downline. An appreciation for our products and some reasons for wanting to succeed are essential starting points. Beyond that, EcoQuest is a business that suits individualists and entrepreneurs. It is more like an art and less like a sales job or franchise, where everyone uses exactly the same techniques and does the same things. Everyone can LEARN FROM and BE INSPIRED BY Bill's training, but it may not be your best way to proceed. Remember that, and stay connected to all of our training media: websites, conference calls, newsletters, email blasts, meetings, company functions, upline contact, and so forth. I (Bob Giddens) built my business around a networking plan that involved a relentless search for leaders. I knew that if I could find LEADERS who wanted to build careers with this company, all the other bases would be covered. Whatever job had to be done, my leaders would see to it that it happened. Whatever problems came along, my leaders would deal with them.
I looked at the plan and determined how many Legs I would have to build (20 Manager Legs) to meet my goals. Then I set prospecting and work goals that would allow me to develop that number of leaders in cities from coast to coast. In setting these goals I committed myself to extensive travel. My notable business techniques included: The Spiral Notebook Plan (my prospecting system), In-home Meetings, Extensive Travel, and the use of Newsletters and other Touch Techniques.
Not everyone is like me, nor is everyone like Bill Krull, nor is
everyone like Tom Lozano, our company's most celebrated Award Winner in
the past half decade. But all can learn from Bob and Bill and Tom as we
search for our own EcoQuest identities!
