A person who never recruits anyone cannot advance beyond this rank, but it is an advantageous level in any case. Retails profits can be earned from selling.

Bob's 5-Year Goal

This goal was posted on May 16, 2010.

By May 1, 2015, I will will be qualified at the...

Level 17

Royal White Triple Diamond rank

in the Vollara Compensation Plan. This level requires qualification for 6 of 8 consecutive weeks...so my 1 million GV per week qualification will have been underway since mid March.

Rule: No more than 150,000 GV can be counted from any one leg.

My strongest legs, in alphabetical order will be (folks, notice how a goal can be brought to life, romanticized).

Note for people who see this array of attractive and talented people and wish they could be as lucky as Bob...or who feel inclined to think "they" are too late...

Let me cover the "too late" part of that comment first. The timing with Vollara and the US economy could not possibly be better. This is the best I have seen in my 40+ years of networking.

I am not saying it will be easy. There are no free rides in life.

It boils down to what you want and what you are willing to work for. Look inside yourself and ask if you are ready. In one year you can be out of the woods and in two years you can totally change your life.

I began wanting network marketing success at age 28 and worked hard—very hard—for 40 years. I still work hard (though not as hard as I worked when I was first building my organization).

I believe in carrying my own load, telling people the truth as I see it, paying a little more than the necessary price (this "little more" philosophy is important) and giving Golden Rule service to others.

I believe in both urgency and patience!

I am not a good recruiter, but I found ways and persisted long enough to recruit and help develop these good legs. This same philosophy will work for you. Five good legs and you will be a Ruby. Reread this paragraph and give some thought to the words "help develop." You just don't recruit someone and then kick back and give God time to anoint you with success.

If you want success badly enough...and if you have at least a small amount of charm and likability...and if you are willing to learn and use smart strategies (I put a bunch of qualifiers in there!), I'm convinced you can latch on to my Million Friends System and totally change your life within two years.

The 40 years I've invested into building to this point can help shorten the span of time you have to invest. I won't tell you it will be easy. Building a successful networking business will be one of the hardest things you will ever do. For that reason, it will be especially rewarding when you finally break free from the financial or occupational bonds that now restrain you. It will be better than a good job and better than starting your own traditional business.

Because of Vollara's particular strengths, what you build NOW will endure to the end of your days and beyond.

 

1. JK & Becky Baker will be fully qualified Level 13 Royal Blue Double Diamonds. They will be producing a minimum of 150,000 GV in their Enrollment Tree (much more, but I can only count 150,000 toward my goal). JK & Becky already have the Gene Bradberry, Amy Fiscus, Ed & Betty Howse, Marc Kloner and Patsy Laufer legs; but these legs are not solidly developed this point. To reach the goal shown here, JK & Becky must develop at least 7 strong legs...and 3 of their 7 must contain Double Diamond leaders.

2. Dorothy Brodine will be a fully qualified Level 9 Ruby. Thus, she will be producing 50,000 GV in her Enrollment Tree. Dorothy already has the Colonel Roper and Ken & Mary Dockery legs. She must develop at least 3 more strong legs. If one leader anywhere in the Brodine organization advances to Level 13 Royal Blue Double Diamond, my Brodine Enrollment Tree leg will be contributing 150,000 GV every week.

7. Inactive people Xxxxxxx sit atop a large leg with minimal activity. I will fish into this leg with the goal of finding at least one Ruby and generating 50,000 GV every week to my game plan.

is found, I will modify the #7 message and start working this leg.

 

8. Marvin & Kathy Jackson will be a fully qualified Level 9 Ruby. Thus, they will be producing 50,000 GV in their Enrollment Tree. Marvin already has the Jim Jackson, Brad Near and Sonny Brown/Angela Peters legs; but these legs are not solidly developed at this point. Marvin must build these legs up and develop at least 2 more strong ones (probably more than 2 in case of attrition). If one leader anywhere in the Jackson organization advances to Level 13 Royal Blue Double Diamond, my Jackson Enrollment Tree leg will be contributing 150,000 GV every week.

13. Another Totally New Leg (or a recovered leg) will be a fully qualified Level 13 Royal Blue Double Diamond...a leg that produces 150,000 GV every week.

Totals: 150,000 (Baker) + 150,000 (Brodine) + 150,000 (Clements) + 150,000 (Clendenin) + 150,000 (Michelle Giddens) + 150,000 (Hodges) + 50,000 (leg without a name) + 150,000 (Jackson) + 150,000 (Perry) + 150,000 (Schwelling) + 50,000 (new leg) + 50,000 (new leg) + 150,000 (new leg) = 13 Enrollment Tree Legs = 1,650,000 "countable" GV per week. I only have to achieve 60% of this to hit my goal.

At 100% of my goal, the productivity for the company will be at least 85,800,000 GV per year. At 60% of my goal the productivity for the company will be at least 51,480,000 per year. The dollar revenue to the company of the countable volume will be at least $110 to $120 million per year. If one or more of my legs gets super-sized, the extra "uncountable" volume could add tens of millions more.

Two strategic considerations will facilitate the achievement of this organizational goal.

1. I must have as many leaders in place as possible before the big Vollara growth begins in February 2011. If I can get my leaders to understand the crucial importance (for them) of May 2010 through January 2011 I will have taken a giant step toward achieving this goal.

 

2. I must persuade each leaders to map out his own plan. Each person's goal will be different...but I must try to get each leader (at each level) to break his/her/their goal into legs and put names to those legs just as I have. The sooner this is in writing, the better. Monday, June 5, 2010, feels like a good deadline for this.
