Sending in a product...

1. Vollara Customer Service (800-989-2299) operates from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM Eastern time, Monday through Friday. A live person will answer. 

 

NOTE: There is NO or little “hold time” if you call early in the morning.

3. If your unit is under warranty there will be a one-way shipping charge and possibly a cleaning charge if the unit is very dirty. If it is out of warranty, Vollara will advise the total amount that will be billed to your credit card.

 

4. You will be given an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number.

 

5. Write this RMA number on 4 sides of the box (use original packing materials, double boxing, or ample packing).

 

6. MOST IMPORTANT: Ship UPS or FEDEX (insured for your purchase price) to the address provided.

Return Product Policies

 

Returns must be accompanied by a written resignation and must be authorized by telephone.

 

A 10% restocking fee will be charged. Products must be in new and unused condition. If the products are found to be used, return may be disallowed. Products must be in new and unused condition. If the products are found to be used, an additional fee of up to 75% will be charged.
