How To Send In Your Air Purifier

For Troubleshooting and/or Repair

 

(1) EQ Customer Service (800-989-2299) operates from 8:00 AM to midnight Eastern time (16 active hours). A live person will answer. 

 

NOTE: There is NO or little “hold time” if you call between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM Eastern Time (8 -10 PM Central; 7-9 PM Mountain; 6-8 PM Pacific). They close at midnight Eastern Time.

 

(2) Press the option for “machine troubleshooting” (option 3 as of Jan 05).

 

(3) If your unit is under warranty (under 3 years old) there will be no charge. If it is out of warranty, EcoQuest will advise the total amount that will be billed to your credit card.

 

(4) You will be given an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number.

 

(5) Write this RMA number on all 4 sides of the box (use original packing materials, double boxing, or ample packing).

 

(6) MOST IMPORTANT: Ship UPS INSURED for your purchase price from any UPS store to:
