What should you
do with the physician letters?
1. Add your data, erase the
various notes and make sure the artwork did not slip forward or
backward from the letter templates (see
below for downloads). Each page has to be carefully proofread
and edited with YOUR information.
2. Make copies on glossy stock—color
photocopies are not cheap; we recommend what's called 100 pound
paper; it is heavier then normal paper but lighter than card stock.
Offer your first batch as samples to local doctors, dentists
and other medical professionals.
3. Hand deliver or mail these to
doctor/dentist offices. Better yet, send a sample flyer and the
doctor note to the office with someone who works there. Or recruit a
sales rep who calls on health professionals.
4. Sell the
Total Flora Support (one-month supply or a
family sized bottle) at full retail. You deserve to make a
profit. Note: Prices will change
for some products by March 1, 2008.
5. Mix this idea in with all the
other things you do.
6. The back side (the
RCI graphs and pitch for air purification) of the Dear Doctor
note may harm your efforts to sell the Flora product. On the other
hand, it may help you sell air units. Use your own judgment.
7. Black and white printing will
work if your budget it tight!
8. Look closely at your originals
before printing. Make sure your have the right fronts matched up
with the right backs. Your printing will be worthless if you get
this wrong. |
