Can You
Someone recently said to
me, "This appears to be a reading business. I don't know
if I want to read all the stuff on Chippynews and
all the emails."
The
guy who said this was taking a shot at my habit of
putting a lot of advice in writing. Hey, if you can
achieve the success level you want without reading, more power to you. On
the other hand, if you like reading, consider these
questions...
Are you influential? Are
you a pacesetter? Does what you say make a difference?
When you really set your mind to something, can you make big things happen?
Can you move the needle?
Do
people
follow when you try to lead?
Even if
the
obstacles are big ones, can you overcome them and get
the job done?
Are
you
setting a positive example as a Vollara leader?
How
strong
are your desire and determination? Have you ever
taken an "I'm going to do it or die" stance? Have you
taken that kind of stance with respect to Vollara? If
so, are you moving the needle?
Fairly
often, some
serious distributor asks me, "Bob, it's not happening
for me
(or
it's happening too slowly).
What am I doing wrong?" It could be someone who has
worked long and hard or a newcomer who is eager to have
some good luck.
There is no
single answer,
but I can say this: You
probably haven't done all the things that are covered in
The Spiral Notebook Plan. It
takes 45 minutes to read. There is a lot to absorb. But
it is golden.
Go back to
the
indented paragraphs ( ) and reread the questions that were
posed.
You might find some pearls of wisdom.
Vollara is yours for the taking. I can't tell every
person exactly what to do. Each of us has to figure out
the ultimate answers for ourself.
I am
convinced that
this is the right company and the right plan. And the
Executive rank or higher is the place to be.
