Silver is our first Executive level,

an important Vollara milestone. The GMI level (Guaranteed Minimum Income) is available in a new distributor's 3rd pay cycle.

Each rank has a basic qualification standard

and a 3-month rolling certification period to maintain GMI. Gold requires 2 strong Enrollment Tree legs and a balance in your Placement Group.

The median income in the US (half the families earn more; half earn less) is +/- $49,000. Twelve months of Platinum would be $52,000. Minimum car allowance adds $3,250. Indeed, this is a 3-leg level worth striving for.

 

To reach Silver--where the earnings range is $400-$6,000 and GMI is $1,000.

Jyeton's ongoing income is a tribute to network marketing.

Your Placement Group is managed by the Vollara computer. It is hard to illustrate a Placement Group that contains dozens, hundreds or thousands of distributors, but these concepts apply:

The computer inserts your new personal recruits on your Lesser Side unless you override that default instruction

The distributor at the top of each side never changes (even if that person quits). The group builds, down, down, down

All people at all levels are equally valuable and important to you

Your Placement Group determines your Team Bonuses and its Lesser Side is a factor in rank qualification up through level 11

is New Recruiting (at all levels).

Twenty new recruits per week (all levels)will sustain an Emerald group, but Vollara is not just about signing up a lot of people. It's about leaders; because only leaders can be thought of as Building Blocks.
