Tony & Sandy Sherrill

9502 Magnolia Ridge Dr. Unit 201

Louisville, KY 40291

September 19, 2010

Dear Tony & Sandy,

Jo Ann asked me to write. She sent a few details about your recent activity with a chiropractor and about the credibility you have with customers. I hope you don't mind if I share some of my ideas.

When I discovered network marketing (1970) I saw nothing but career possibilities because that’s what I was looking for, that's how it was presented, and the Amway product line didn't have big profit items as Vollara does.

I immediately started looking for other career people. It was clear that a strong network would have to have career people under career people under more career people. My network would eventually contain a lot of 'customer types' and 'career wannabes' (who were not weren't willing to follow a good plan or do the work), but that would happen on its own. My job was to find the career people.

My view of network marketing went like this:

1. First, I had to determine how many legs I would need and how big each leg had to be. That required an analysis of the compensation plan which I have carefully done with Vollara. The structure that makes sense is 5 strong legs. Each leg should have a leader on top, at least 3 more leaders in depth, and 20 or more active distributors.

That structure would qualify me as a Ruby with a good monthly income. I would not be a big Ruby because the whole structure would only contain 100 people. But it would be a respectable start. $1,800 a week is what a beginning Ruby should earn.

2. How is this achieved? It starts with how you think. You must think about finding career prospects, not sellers. With your thoughts focused on the right goal you are more likely to arrive there!

?  You must come up with prospects,

?  break the ice (offer people a quick look at our 4.8 minute Million Friends clip),

?  build more interest (with our Vollara DVD movie or with www.moreVollara.com),

?  sort out the good prospects from the bad,

?  get people on the dotted line,

?  and then work to duplicate the process through them.

3. In each leg you have to reach down, down, down and get to know the sub-leaders. Ideally you, Jo Ann & Maury, Joyce Hodges, and I will all get to know your best people. There's an overlapping responsibility to support people. This builds strength.

Tony & Sandy, this approach will not fail. A lot of people tell themselves they are following the Giddens system but they actually are not. Every step of what I do is discussed in a collection of letters that are posed on chippynews.com. Does it make sense to your engineer’s mind?

The suggested growth profile calls for a year of hard work to get 5 legs up to 20 distributors per leg. Then add 2 more years of solid leadership. At this point you can expect to have your strongest legs up to 100-500 people! Through natural spreading and your influence, each leg will have expanded geographically. A leg that makes it to 500 people should be locked in for life.

In doing this for 40 years I've never seen the circumstances lined up as ideally as they are now.

I understand you have a daughter under 2, so I suppose you are in your thirties. It excites me to no end to think that you could be financially set for life before your fortieth birthday.

I understand you have a water meeting with Arthur Johnson in just a few days. With that in mind, I'm sending this by email rather than by mail. I want you to make an all-out push to get people to that meeting, but I want you to send everyone the Million Friends link before the event. This is really important. I don't want them to think they are being recruited to be water salespeople. I want them to see the whole opportunity.

I would also like to do a special conference call for your group and some of Jo Ann’s other people. Let’s get you launched into the stratosphere.

What do you think?

Sincerely,

Bob Giddens

Mike & Martie Habing

1241 Wallean Dr.

Westerville, Ohio 43081

September 19, 2010

Dear Mike & Martie,

Jo Ann covered enough of your history to make me want to tell you about the first couple I ever recruited into MLM (3 or 4 others were on the dotted line first, but Jim was my first good one). I recruited them to Amway in 1970 and they became my strongest leg. Jim was a young Navy pilot and I was a few years older…just getting out of the Navy. Half a year later I switched to Shaklee. Jim resisted at first and then followed.

They’ve had a great life…not one of the biggest big shots in their company but a $90K average for 39 years isn’t bad. Jim also took an executive job with a large bank and completed a 20-year career. Although we haven’t been with the same company for 23 years, we’re in touch almost daily by email. Here’s what networking has done for these good friends.

®  $3.5 million in bonuses; many perks like cars and trips

®  live off their bank pension and MLM income—have never touched their savings

®  retired in a beautiful home in South Carolina (speedboat at their back yard pier)

®  a wonderful all-American life

What’s this story have to do with today’s situation? I don’t have a tie to my old company, but I’m proud to say that 5 people I trained in 1970, 71, and 72 are still millions in business and are still full time network marketers. In 1995 I came with this company (we were Alpine Industries) and did the same thing. My Vollara legs (8 large ones) do about half of this company’s volume.

I learned a lot of networking methods from Amway and developed the rest on my own. In 40 years as a networker I’ve never seen the circumstances as good for any company as they are right now for Vollara. The factors I’m basing this statement on include timing, ownership, products, comp plan, and system.

In other words, this is the right company and the right time and you are in the right group. Is there a chance I could have a serious chat with you—perhaps a  3-way call that would also be tied into Jo Ann & Maury—to make my case? I’d like to know how you see our company and what your situation is right now.

If we really are the right company at the right time…is this also a good fit for the Habing family? I’ve never been so certain about any networking system as I am with the program I’ve developed called Million Friends. I know this industry and have proven it. Is there a chance we can work together?

For the next few years I’m going to be helping dozens—maybe hundreds of families—build Vollara businesses to the level of Ruby or higher. The ideas and support systems are all in place. It’s still not a free ride of course, but the national climate is so positive right now. Or maybe it’s more accurate to say that a positive national climate is right around the corner.

The recession will end in another year for 20% of all the people who were impacted. Everything won’t be perfect, but a lot of people will start getting their heads above water. The next year another 25% will get well. A couple of years later the recession will be history and something new will arrive. You know what I’m about to say: INFLATION.

No one likes inflation but it’s actually the best environment for networking growth. The key is to have a base in place BEFORE these forces come to bear on Vollara. Those who are positioned right can be big, big winners. Vollara is small enough that we can grow 30 times larger in the next decade.

Today is Maury’s 80th birthday. This letter to you is my gift to him and Jo Ann. Studies have repeatedly shown that people stay young when they are involved in exciting and challenging ventures. I’d like to help give Maury another 20 exciting years.

Do you want to help, too?

Sincerely,

Barbara Williams

stepupsuccess@gmail.com

September 21, 2010

Dear Barbara,

Investing in a franchise or starting a small business became the NEW American Dream during the post-World War II baby boom. Entrepreneurism replaced the dreams of “getting a good job” and “sending one’s kids to college.”

I saw my first McDonalds in 1957. As we sat in the car eating those delicious fries my father commented that maybe he ought to start up one of these. I wonder how my life would have changed had he acted on that thought.

(Note: Bill Gates was less than 2 years old at the time.)

I wouldn’t want a fast food business today. Way too much risk. I invested in a storefront business 13 years ago and provided good jobs for a couple of friends. Five years later we closed down and tallied up the damage. Ouch!

The businesses that have worked best for me (1) have cost less than $5,000 to start; (2) have never required a storefront; (3) have expanded all around the US; and (4) have earned millions of “in-the-bank” dollars. My 4 successful network marketing ventures have brought in $15 million over a 40.5-year career.

Am I a special kind of person? Yes, but you wouldn’t think so if you met me at a cocktail party. I’m an honest, hard worker but I’m quiet and don’t like cocktail parties. My strong suit is strategic thinking…and right now, as the recession is drawing to its close, the time is right for network marketing.

Spend 4.8 minutes listening to Part I of www.Bob.MillionFriends.info. Our Million Friends story is interesting, informative and truthful. It can lead you to the most successful business venture of your life. The launch cost is under $2,500 and you’ll operate from home. You can start part time. If you love your job you can stay part time. The money potential is unlimited.

By the end of 2011 the recession will end for 20% of all the people who were impacted. Everything won’t be perfect but a lot of people will be coming up for air. The next year another 25% will get well. A couple of years later the recession will be history and something new will happen: INFLATION.

No one likes it, but inflation is actually good for in-country business growth. The key is to have your business in place BEFORE inflation hits.

Our company is perfectly positioned. We have strong and competitive ownership; high quality and highly marketable products; and a very lucrative compensation plan that offers up-front benefits and huge career residuals. Best of all, we have a business building system that won’t let you down.

Stack all of these positives on the favorable economic timing that exists and it is impossible not to be impressed. Here’s what I mean when I describe the economic timing as favorable:

The recession hurt a lot of people but we can’t turn back the clock. Right now the US economy is at the lowest point you will ever see in your lifetime. That’s good news. That’s amazingly good news. There is nowhere to go but up.

A second baby boom began in 1980. You may not have heard or it, but 100,000,000 Americans were born between 1980 and 2005. The oldest new boomers are just turning 30. So we can expect a lot of the same economic benefits we saw in the sixties and seventies: lots of workers, lots of consumers, lots of taxpayers, lots of young ideas, lots of investors. It’s perfect if you’re in a growth industry.

Our company is poised for two decades of growth. We are not a giant. We have room to grow 20x or 30x larger. This is exactly the right time to be discovering Vollara.

Bev & Don Richey (210-535-4211) asked me to write this letter for a group of candidates who—according to the list they purchased—are looking to invest $25K or more into a business. Well, you don’t have to spend all that money. A top Vollara leader can make any level of income without having to hire people, invest big bucks, or man a store six days a week.

You can be started after one phone call. I mean really started.

Sincerely,

Bob Giddens

Letter #5 - a training letter

Are you using

Leverage and Leadership

to their fullest potential?

Leverage will prove to be Million Friends' greatest power because the system is relatively painless to duplicate.

Just ask people to look

at a 4.8 minute clip

about changing their lives.

Not everyone takes the kind of massive action that leads to the Promised Land of network marketing success. In numerical terms, very few of us personally create 500 or 1,000 exposures* through our own determined efforts. The good news is that if you build your network right you will only have to do it once. I did it in 1995 ant it has led to an amazing life. I still give my best as a leader, but I haven't taken massive action as a recruiter--not even close--for more than 10 years.

* These exposures should include an invitation for the new person to watch our Million Friends clip, view our DVD-movie, or try an in-home demo of one of our products.

I would say about 1 person in 50,000 does a massive job both as a recruiter and leader. If that number is close to true, it tells us we have only 20 people in all of Vollara who have done it (leaving plenty of top positions wide open for you). Vollara's super achievers include Leia Ryan, Keith Jones, Ev Nelson, John & Jo Clements, James Clendenin, JK Baker, Dan & Debbie Gibson, Elaine Gibson, Ed Hutchins, Greg Montoya, Jon Bender, Shar Weinraugh, and the like. That's not a complete list, nor can I say how many up-and-comers are taking massive action right now but have not yet finished the job.

If you are a 1-in-50,000 person, all of Vollara will know your name a year or two from now. You will move the needle. You will become rich. And whether you want it or not, you will become a little famous (at least in the world of Vollara).

But thousands of people are happy to be associated with us at a more modest pace...

You don't have to be

a 1-in-50,000 person

Consider what can be done with a smaller effort

...if you put 10 people into the system (a very achievable number)

...and add EFFECTIVE and PERSISTENT leadership

...then you'll have a shot at realizing these results:

2 people will send this offer to 0 (2 x 0 = 0)

2 people will send this offer to 10 (2 x 10 = 20)

5 people will send this offer to 50 (5 x 50 = 250)

1 will go all the way to 300 (1 x 300 = 300)

570 Exposures from a Base of 10

(That's mighty good Leverage!)

57:1 leverage is wonderful but not automatic.

You don't just sell 10 Fast Start Packs and watch it happen.

Leadership and Technique come dramatically into play. Let's say you have 10 people and you are trying to maximize their impact on the marketplace. You try to persuade each of your 10 to use the Million Friends mini website. You try to persuade them to use the company DVD-movie. Some respond, some don't.

One thing most will want to know is what you have done. They'll want to know if you had any good results. The strength of your personal example is being measured. Before they decide how big their commitment will be they want to see/hear/know the size of your** commitment. Believe me, leadership in action is an interesting thing.

** New people can piggyback on other people's success stories. When a prospect asks how you are doing, you can say, "I'm brand new. I'm following Bob Giddens' system. He has earned $15 million in his network marketing years." (This is what I did when I was new. I used Ev Nelson, Keith Jones, and Wayne Zimmermann as my success surrogates.)

A lot of people ask if Vollara is about selling or about recruiting. Truth is, it's not about either. It's about leadership. But that's so hard for people to see. It may even be hard for you to see.

No one will really know the power of Million Friends until they've used it 50 or so times. Same for the DVD-movie. You could recruit someone from the first DVD you hand out. You could recruit someone from the first Million Friends link you share. But the ultimate effectiveness of either of these methods has to be measured after 50 or 100 exposures. It's a process.

By working creatively with 10 ambitious recruits you might get the kind of results that are projected in the above example. Your 10 people will collectively approach 570 other candidates. Some of those 570 will say yes. Some will buy Fast Start Packs. And your leverage will have started.

The guy who approaches 300 people will insure perpetuation. Maybe some of those who approach 50 will hit pay dirt. We never know. We just have to go through the numbers.

Network Marketing becomes as exciting as panning for gold when you finally get numbers on your side. Can you do it? Well, I know you can That's not really the question.

The question is...

Will you do it?

You've got to get those first 10 recruits. You've got to work with each of them to stir them to action. You've got to help with the sorting, the follow up, the training, and even the problem solving. Then you'll have to do it again. 10 recruits is a great start but it can't be an end point. Let's say you go through this cycle 4 or 5 or 6 times.

That's what it will take

if you want to be a Ruby.

Now you're not only a Ruby by rank; you are also a seasoned leader; and you'll have a handle on the rest of your life. Depending on your background, you'll probably be making more money than with anything else you have ever done. It's hard work*** but totally worth it.

*** Hard work. Tell me this: Is it hard work to set your alarm for 6:00 every day, race through the things you have to do and get to work on time...and to do that 5 days a week, 50 weeks a year for 30 years? Is it hard to hope for raises and promotions that never come? Is it hard to pay your higher and higher bills in times of inflation? Is it hard to be trapped in a career where you are underappreciated? Is it hard to be 60% into a career and have it die right out from under you? It is hard to always take cheap vacations because you can't afford the exotic adventures? When I say making Ruby is hard I'm telling the truth. But compared to the other hardships of life it's really not so bad!

I've been in network marketing since 1970 and I know how to make it work. I've never heard any other leader spend so much time telling his people how hard they would have to work. Why do I do it this way? Because I believe in the Golden Rule. As a hopeful beginner I wanted to know what would be involved. No one would tell me the truth. A wall of fiction stood as a barrier to the truth. I vowed not to treat people that way.

Building a career is hard. I accepted that reality in 1970 and have been successful ever since. I built a small Amway group (100 people in 8 months but no income). I succeeded in a record setting way with Shaklee (5 of the legs I started are still holding down careers and doing millions in business). I succeeded in a big way with Eagle Shield (they went out of business--very common in this industry). I succeeded in a temporary way with Zenith (they went out of business). I succeeded with MXM Essential Formulas (they went into hibernation).

In 1995**** I came with the predecessor company of Vollara. We were Alpine Industries through 1999. From 2000 to 2009 we were EcoQuest. In 2010 we became Vollara. The forthright style I teach has led to the finest career I could ever had imagined.

**** Will you have to work hard for many years as Bob Giddens has? If you are young, you may love the work and "be like Bob" for 30 or 40 years. However, much of what Bob has learned is free for others to use. WWW.chippynews.com contains strategy information, technique information, and study material. The Million Friends system is designed to take a committed person to a beginning Ruby position in one year and to a senior Ruby position in three years.

I believe you can succeed, too.

A hallmark of this kind of business

is that a person cannot succeed alone.

My success was achieved through recruiting, leverage, and leadership. This isn't a one-man activity like golf or tennis or writing novels. It's more like a political party. I had to find like-minded people and bring them into my sphere. In turn, they had to find like-minded people. Now I have a group of thousands who believe in Vollara.

We developed the Million Friends system, the company DVD-movie, and the chippynews.com web site to help you follow a similar success path. The people you bring together will not all have identical goals, nor will they have the same interests, equal skills, the same circumstances, or the same work habits. So our coalition of people is far from homogenous. But we do share an appreciation for...

1.

Products that people use every day

to make their lives healthier, safer,

and more environmentally friendly...

2.

An opportunity to make their

futures happier and more secure...and

3.

Sharing something we believe in

with other people.

Thanks to those who had the staying power to read this far. I think this is a powerful message. These are subjects I feel passionate about.

Letter #6

Dear Brian:

I'm Rex Jackson's sponsor in Vollara. He sent your name as an important prospect and I am reaching out through Rex with this message...

Brian, I discovered network marketing at 28 (now I'm 68). I don't know what you think about the potential of this form of business, but imagine getting into a program that has the potential to double-double-double and double again in a half dozen years. That's where we stand.

In my many years in this industry I've generated millions of dollars in business without ever being tied to a store, employees, a lot of overhead, or legal matters. Not even much accounting. Not much selling, either. I've done it with good timing, good technique, and leadership

In a properly built network, each person is a stand-alone part of the bigger system. This has the effect of spreading the work over thousands of people. I work the hardest to provide systems and leadership.

I will mention 1997 as a case in point because I have a copy of the '97 Form 1099 that went to IRS to report my commissions. My group did $48 million that year and my bonuses came to $943,282.11. I'm giving Rex a copy of this form in case you want to ask him if he has seen it. All told, I earned $12 million from 1995 and 2009...

But that is history. The outlook has never been as positive as it is today. A hard charger can earn more and have a really solid future. Here is why...

We're coming out of a deep recession and the US economy is about to boom for 25 years. The news media doesn't seem to have discovered this outlook, but I can back it up. Based on facts we cover in our presentation, our company is poised for greatness. I'm a conservative guy and only rarely to I describe Vollara with this much power. Why am I going all the way in this email? Because Rex tells me you are a really big thinker. Here we go...

www.Bob.MillionFriends.info ... Look at our Million Friends message--both parts I and II--at least twice. Think about what you hear; then let's talk. I want to find out if you are ready to change your own life and the lives of hundreds of other people. Are you the superstar Rex and I are itching to recruit?

Sincerely,

Bob Giddens

Letter #8 - to be sent by mail with a DVD enclosed

Dear VIP:

My October newsletter: www.chippynews.com/Oct2010ChippyNews.pdf

Here is a DVD copy of the Million Friends mini-presentation. You can watch the same thing by typing this URL into your browser www.Bob.MillionFriends.info.

About the October newsletter...I don't usually build a newsletter around a fear theme and that's not what I had in mind when I started this one. But this issue took on a life of its own. The sequence of material changed and the title changed. In the end, it came out pretty scary. True information...important information, but scary.

Some of you need to make a list of the top 20 people you'd like to recruit or revitalize. I suggest you do this without delay and this Million Friends DVD will help. You can use the mini website www.Bob.MillionFriends.info, which is free; or you can order a supply of these DVDs at $100 for 25 personalized copies. The free option is pretty good, but hard copies appeal to some people who won't click on the simple link. Who knows why? I don't mind spending $5 on an important prospect. Spend half an hour writing a note to your important candidates and insert a DVD. Order at: www.dvd.millionfriends.info

As you will see on the www.chippynews.com Welcome Page, we have five conference calls per week to support Million Friends users. If you are using the system you should faithfully attend 2 calls per week. You should dial in five minutes early and tell the host your name and city. If work mostly with another system, use Million Friends whenever you need (a) some training, (b) a pick-me-op, (c) new ideas, or (d) a solid presentation for one of your prospects.

Suggested goal: Send a DVD and cover letter to five of your best new prospects every week. Ministers, entrepreneurs, network marketers, etc.

Sincerely and enthusiastically,

Bob Giddens

PS - Challenge your distributors with this call to action: "Jim, if you have never heard one of our Million Friends calls, dial in on Friday evening (9 PM Eastern) or Saturday (10:10 AM Eastern) morning and see what's going on. 641-594-7500, code 546009#. Meanwhile, check out this short version: www.Bob.MillionFriends.info"

Letter #9 -

Proposal for former Alpine/EQ people who know how to sell.

1. The starting point is this Fast Start Pack. Your cost: $2,180. Install and use these products!

2. Attend 2 of the 5 Million Friends calls per week for 8 weeks. Schedule of calls is found here: www.chippynews.com. These calls are for training and recruiting. If I can't get you educated and enthused in eight weeks I'm not worth my salt...or you are an unwilling student.

3. Mark - sell some FreshAirs - profit per sale is $325. No fixed quota.

4. Mark & Marta - send out the Million Friends mini presentation and see if you can get people to join you (www.Bob.MillionFriends.info) on the conference calls. When you sell someone new a Fast Start Pack you make $500 (they must buy the Pack within 14 days; you have to be Active; your initial Fast Start Pack makes you Active for two 4-week periods; after that a 100 PV Autoshipment every 4 weeks - about $140 - keeps you Active).

5. I hope you can sell 2 FreshAirs per month and make $600. You may be capable of selling more but I'm not into Blue Sky Promises. I don't propose 2 sales per month to everyone. You know what you can do because or your history with our former company. Besides the FreshAir sales, I'd like to see you close 1 Fast Start Pack per month and make $500 extra. This modest progress will put you at break-even after 2 months. We shall see what else develops. But no quota. If you stay at that modest rate and make $1,000 per month, is that so bad?

6. If you work the Million Friends program as we teach it, you will grow to Ruby in 1 year (5 strong legs) and earn a minimum of $93,000 per year. Ruby has the potential of taking you to $390,000 (same 5 legs but more volume). Click here to see a close-up of the Strong Leg chart: http://www.chippynews.com/May2010-Strong Leg.pdf

7. This company has a REAL future and I am a REAL supporter.

Your friend,

Bob
