Dear Elwood Family:

Several hundred people have become big fans of Amy Bandy and Julie Watson. Actually, their following is much bigger. They spoke to 2,000 in Kansas City last June.

My name is Bob Giddens—one of their fans—and I had the opportunity to interview them on Saturday morning of Mothers’ Day Weekend. We talked about Julie’s experience with our LaundryPure product. Dear LaundryPure Owner,

We hope that you are continuing to enjoy the benefits of your LaundryPure unit.

EcoQuest has learned that water quality challenges can shorten the life of your Silver Ion Probe, causing the silver to be used up more quickly than in normal water conditions. This is especially true if you have a hard water condition (high amount of Total Dissolved Solids [TDS]). In rare cases, when the Probe is completely used up, a small water leak can occur.

In order to protect your investment and continue effectively killing bacteria, we strongly recommend that you regularly check your LaundryPure Silver Probe to make sure that it is still in good condition. This is especially important if you have had your unit at least 8 months or longer.

Below, you will find three images of LaundryPure probes.

Image 1 - probe is brand new, unused.
Image 2 - probe has experienced normal wear and should be replaced soon. We recommend that you go ahead and purchase a new probe to prevent an interruption in your laundry activity.
Image 3 - probe has expired. You should discontinue use of your LaundryPure immediately until the Silver Probe can be replaced.
