For many years, Dr. Norm Long ran a division of the 4-H program at Purdue University.

"As you might guess, some of my students went into agribusiness as employees and self-employed owners. But they branched into other fields, as well. It's not necessary to stay in the career you've been trained for. The key to career happiness is to find a rewarding line of work you can fall in love with."

How Money Is Made (1)

1.

Network marketing is a system of moving products through large numbers of independent people. It is different from direct selling, different from store selling, different from managed sales groups.

2.

Many network marketers do zero selling. Most of us build "volume" based on orders placed by the people in our networks...and this is the concept we want to teach you. A few networkers—fewer than 1 in 20—enjoy selling...but selling is never required.

3.

Networking is non-territorial. Through friend-to-friend connections, a network started in Florida can expand to Texas, California, Pennsylvania, Indiana, Alabama, Idaho, or Yellowknife, Canada.

4.

The fastest network growth comes from people who work as leaders. Therefore, the best income-building strategy is to build a network that contains leaders under leaders under leaders. But only a fraction of all your people will commit to leadership. Those who are mainly attracted by our products or whose only goal is to make pocket money on a part-time basis will represent the biggest part of your network.

5.

What do leaders do? They work as planners, recruiters, motivators, managers, trainers, communicators, problem solvers, and visionaries.

6.

Network marketers benefit from a principle called leverage. A network leader will not have to rely solely on his own skills, his own time, or his own work. Imagine building 100 or even 10,000 active distributors in a dozen or more cities. John Paul Getty, founder of Getty Oil, once said, "I would rather make 1% times the work of 100 men than 100% times the work of myself." He then added this profound advice: "You must never try to make all the money that's in a deal. Let the other fellow make some money too, because if you have a reputation for always making all the money, you won't have many deals."

A group with 10 Active Distributors could produce $500 a month of income. There are some variables. It could also produce more or less.

= other leaders; the backbone of any group is its leaders (all levels)

A group with 40 Active Distributors, 10 of which are leaders, could produce $2,500 a month of income ($30K per year part time). Again, there are variables. You may have to recruit 2 or 3 times this many people to overcome attrition. Nonetheless, this could be the beginning of a true career...maybe even a huge career.       "You don't need a zillion distributors; you just need a few dozen loyal people and

a 'backbone' of committed leaders within your group."

...and other Executive groups

below these (leaders under leaders)

A group with 7 good leader legs and 2 other leaders-in-training could produce $10,000 to $25,000 per month (annual: $120,000 to $300,000). It takes work, persistence, belief in Vollara, and good technique.

Which of these options appeals to you? Vollara needs to build 10,000 Executive level leaders. You can be one of these. Better still, you can bring some friends up the ladder with you.

"By the time Vollara has a thousand executive leaders (a fraction of our ultimate goal),

a hard charger who starts now and works with focus can have 20, 50 or 100+ leaders

within their pay levels. I've seen 2 other network booms. Each time I built hundreds

of downline leaders. And each time I helped others succeed."  -  Bob Giddens
