EcoQuest's 3 Website Options

The Silver Package website is free (a part of your dealership).

New Dealers MUST

activate their

free Silver Site:

« Go to EBC and log in.

« Click on Website Billing/Packages.

« There you may chose the free Silver Site or decide to buy an upgraded package.

1. Go to www.MyEcoQuest.com. This is what you will see...

2. Enter your dealer number and password.

NOTE: If it is your first time logging in, use the Online Access Password that you created when you signed up as a dealer. If you had your password reset, use the last 4 digits of your registered Tax Number or SSN.

3. After login, you will be able to [1] make orders, [2] read bulletins and announcements and [3] get basic business information and links.

The Gold Package website option is $12.95 per month (this also triggers a free month on the Titanium site). You can upgrade your Silver to Gold at any time which gets you many extra benefits

(scroll down or click).

1. Go to www.MyEcoQuest.com

2. Enter your dealer number and password.

3. Under the tab labeled SUPPORT, a drop down menu will appear. Click on the 'Web Suite Options' link.

4. Click the package you desire.

CHOOSE ONE:Silver Package - Free Gold Package - $12.95/mthTitanium Package - $29.95/mth

5. Enter the information needed to establish your new site and SUBMIT— scroll down or click here for more information on what benefits come with this suite.

NOTES:

The choices are: [1] pay $12.95 per month and have the gold package or [2] pay $29.95 and move up to Titanium.

If you choose to operate with only the Gold Package, you cannot sign up for the MasterCard Solutions Card.

The Titanium Package website option is $29.95 per month. You can upgrade from your Gold package to Titanium which will allow you to have a shopping cart on your site plus more

(scroll down or click).

1. Go to www.MyEcoQuest.com

2. Enter your dealer number and password.

3. Under the tab labeled SUPPORT, a drop down menu will appear. Click on the 'Web Suite Options' link.

4. Click the suite you desire.

CHOOSE ONE:Silver Package - Free Gold Package - $12.95/mthTitanium Package - $29.95/mth

Sign up for the Gold Suite first.
Once your Gold Suite enrollment is complete, EcoQuest will give you the Titanium Suite free for a one month trial.
When your free trial period expires, you will receive an email giving you the option to upgrade to the Titanium Suite for $29.95 a month, or remain at Gold status paying the $12.95 monthly (forfeiting the shopping cart and all other Titanium benefits).

5. Enter the information needed to establish your new site and SUBMIT— scroll down or click here for more information on what benefits come with this suite.

NOTE:

If you sign up for the MasterCard Solutions program, you are automatically agreeing to upgrade to the Titanium Package.

How Your Retail Shopping Cart Works Your retail shopping cart allows customers to purchase products online with a credit card, and the products will ship directly to your customer from EcoQuest. Your customer will be charged UPS shipping for the order. There is a 5% credit card processing fee on the retail sales total. (The same fee as a standard merchant account.) You should receive a check by mail for the total profit on the sale (based on your rank/purchase level), less the 5% fee for processing and the shipping charge, in approximately 14 days. If you are set up with the EcoQuest Solutions MasterCard, your profit, minus fees, will be added to your card in 3-5 days.
