 Benefits and Features  

The functions of EBS are:

  • Sell to your customer through your own Shopping Cart Site.

  • Accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover and/or run personal checks electronically.

  • Finance sales with terms:

  • 4 easy payments on the customer's credit card (with no credit check as long as the first payment of 25% of the financed amount is processed successfully).

  • 6-36 month financing for credit-qualified buyers.

  • Track all orders that are processed through your EBS website.

  • Profits from EBS website orders are transferred to your MasterCard debit card.

  • Use your debit card as your would use any debit card.

  • Use your debit card for ordering from EcoQuest.

  • Transfer funds from your debit card to another card or bank account.

Go to the EBS website http://www.ecoquestbusinesssolutions.com/index.asp and fill out the application.

Note that you CANNOT complete the application process using Firefox or a MAC

Once the application is submitted, a driver’s license may be required to complete the application (if a driver’s license is required, the Business Owner will be contacted and be asked to fax a clear copy of the DL to Best). If there is difficulty completing the application, Best Finance will assist in completing the application.

Business Owners will receive an email once the application is complete and approved. The business owner should receive their EcoQuest Business Solutions MasterCard in about 10 business days. Once they receive their card, they must activate and register it. Both must be done and in that order.

  • To activate the EcoQuest Business Solutions card, call 1-866-345-2264.

  • To register the EcoQuest Business Solutions card:

  • Go to www.EcoQuestBusinessSolutions.com.

  • Click on the EcoQuest Business Solutions Program

  • Click on log in (upper right of screen)

  • Then click on the blue & yellow “Create a Secure Login” and follow the prompts.

 

 

  Helpful tips after receiving your MasterCard  

  • You cannot log in to the system until you have received your card, activated it and then registered it.

  • Do not try processing any transactions until after you have activated & registered your card.

  • Pending transactions will not show up on your account. Transactions will only show up on the account when the money is loaded onto the card. Transactions can take up to 5 business days to show up on your account and be loaded onto your card.

  • If you have questions or need assistance, call 800-704-2378, option 2 and a Best Finance representative will assist you. You can also send an email to BusinessSolutions@ecoquestintl.net.

  • On the www.EcoQuestBusinessSolutions.com web site, there is also a Cardholder Training Guide on the “Support and Downloads” page that the business owner can download to help in managing information on their cardholder website.
