Subject: May Newsletter

Hasn't this been a successful month!!!! Wow, business is booming. There's not a better time to be in this business than right now. Please read the May Newsletter that follows.  I hope it offers guidance to the New Dealers and refreshment to the old timers.

God Bless,
Rose Stafford

Greetings from Wisconsin!

I hope this newsletter finds you and your family blessed, healthy, and prosperous. It’s spring, a time of new beginnings. Spring is always a time for refreshing and reflecting. I would like to take this opportunity to welcome with open arms the following new dealers that joined our successful group in April:

Delores Brown
Chandra Claiborne
Jeffrey Nack
Daniel Parenteau
Craig Trevillian
Dee True

The April 23rd Training Session held in Green Bay in the home of Chandra Claiborne, was a huge success! Thank you for hosting our training, and congratulations on your new business!

The following is offered to help you get and stay on the right track. I'm covering two questions: How can you fail? How can you be successful?

How can you FAIL?

1. Not work the business.

2. Not be teachable. Don’t be a Daniel Boone that insists on hacking your way through the wilderness. Use the proven system.

3. Lack of self discipline when there is not a boss over your shoulder. You have to learn to work without supervision. Even though that couch looks good, you have to have the self discipline to work your business.

4. Not having a plan. You must set hours for your business and then be faithful to work those hours at your new business.

How can you be SUCCESSFUL?

1. BE FAITHFUL. Sowing and reaping principles. Cause and effect. If you sow a lot, you are going to reap a lot. If you make 20 new prospect or lead calls every day, you will reap a harvest. Not immediately, you can’t plant a seed and then turn around and expect to harvest the fruit. This takes time.

2. HAVE A VISION for your company. This vision will be progressive. Know where you are going and how you are going to get there. Be passionate about your vision, or it isn’t a vision, simply a pipe dream. Know what your VISION will mean to you and your family and whether it is worth the hard work to obtain your vision.

4. HAVE A PLAN - What is your monthly goal? What is your yearly goal? How are you going to get there? You can’t go to California without a plan to get there. You can’t build a successful business without having a plan. You are going to have disappointment, but don’t let them get you off course of your plan. Keep your vision always before you. Don’t let other people who lack vision rob you of yours.

5. HAVE RESOLVE – Some highly successful people made plans that fell through (such as having a goal to sell their Mother a machine, and then she wouldn’t even look at it). You have to overcome obstacles. Don’t let ANYONE rob you of your dream. There are going to be negative people out there. There are really jealous of people that escape out of the rut! The psychology behind that is that if you break out of the rut you will make them look bad.

6. PERSONAL GROWTH/DEVELOPMENT – Have you made a commitment for personal growth? Are you constantly trying to improve and honestly evaluating yourself? Do you waste time in the car, or are you developing and growing by listening to valuable teachings?

Reality Checklist:

Have I set aside a place to conduct my business?
a. Do I have a desk?
b. Do I have unlimited long distance?
c. Do I have a Website?
d. Do I have the ability to copy, fax, etc?
e. Have I organized my literature?
f. Have I made files for my business?
g. Do I have a separate checking account for the business?
h. Do I have a credit card dedicated to the business?
i. Do I have a way of tracking my expenses and income?
j. Am I teachable, trainable, and coachable?
k. Am I listening and learning at every opportunity?
l. Am I taking advantage of all the free training sessions?
m. Have I made a Business Plan?
n. Do I have a specific Monthly/Yearly financial Goal?
o. Do I know what I have to do to achieve my Goal?

NOTE: You are the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of your own company. You need to learn all aspects of your business, i.e., financial aspects, inventory control, advertising, etc. You are responsible for all departments. But, remember, you don’t have to reinvent the wheel. You are in business for yourself …not by yourself.

Business people that are successful are always planning. Take the time and invest in your DREAM!!!!

Remember – I’m only a phone call or click away. I am here to help you succeed in your new business. I am your Sponsor and I want to help you!!!

5/4/05

Greetings!

We don't have final numbers for April 2005 but I will report today's standing for our Managers below. Some of you have done truly great feats in the last hours of April and show the rest of us that we should never quit (even after the bell rings)! For instance, Frank & Priscilla Peterson  went from 13,306 to 23,273, Mike & Christine Smoody went from 10,017 to 20,667, Clay & Mary Howerton went from 9,699 to 21,368, Teri Rose went from 7,787 to 21,857 and Don & Susanne Crain went from 7,305 to to an amazing 23,793, all at the very end of the month! Nothing exemplifies true leadership more than a never-give-up attitude that inspires a team to press on even when things look hopeless.

We had at least three new Manager promoted in April and continue our tradition of growth within the EcoQuest ranks. We also had our first Managers, Scott & Mandy Mathieu and Dennis Hatlen, that exceeded 10,000 CQV in Triple-A volume and will get paid as Director 4-levels! This is exciting!

Debbie and I are privileged to serve you and couldn't be prouder of our team and what you accomplish. Our income is such that we no longer need to work our business but it is such fun working with you that we keep on keepin' on just to play a part in what you are building!

Busch Sells Managership to Hatlen

Becky Busch has sold her Managership to her upline Manager, Dennis Haten. Becky will retain the position of CMIT in EcoQuest. This acquisition promotes Dennis to Coordinating Manger with four 1st-level Manager legs and a total group of 20 Managers. Congratulations to Dennis and our love and best wishes to Becky & John Busch -- you are dear to us!

Christian Lead Program Training on Your Max Success Site

For those of you who are using the Christian Lead Letter program, you can now get all 16 hours of our training system on your maximumsuccess.com website! Just go to the mp3 section and you will find our training there for you. Additionally, we provide a Saturday morning training call at 11:00 AM (CST), a special call for the Christian Lead program on Monday night at 9:00 PM (CST) and a leaders call on Tuesday mornings at 10:30 Am (CST). The leadership call should be a must for our Managers - it's THE place to get questions answered and get help ideas from other Managers on our team. These calls are all at 918-222-7403, passcode: 8357#. Please do not invite your dealers to the Manager's  call but the other calls are for anyone who wants to build our business. I also do a national Creating Wealth From Home call each Tuesday night at 8:00 PM (CST) with Charlie Gruber. This call is reserved for post-30 day dealers who would like to learn business building and get answers to their questions. Please take advantage of these calls yourselves and recommend them to your downline dealers that are serious about building their businesses. It's also the best place to send your dealers when they want to ask me questions. I spend four hours per week making myself available on these calls, so it shouldn't be necessary for people to call my office in the majority of cases.

Debbie and I will be attending the May Success Institute with two of our daughters. If you plan to attend, please let us know so that we can plan some time together.

MUSTANG GIVEAWAY!

We will be hosting one of the satellite locations for the big Mustang Giveaway event. The meeting will be in Madison, Wisconsin, Saturday June 11 from 9:30 AM to 12:30. We will be at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, 4402 East Washington Ave.

Come join us, invite your dealers and prospects and expect an exciting event! Please register at www.ecoquestintl.com early so that we will know how large a room we need. There will be a $10.00 charge for dealers, guests are free.

New Dates for Louisville Dist/MIT Workshop

My return trip from England conflicts with the date we had selected for the Louisville training. We have moved the training forward to July 26-28. I hope this doesn't inconvenience anyone. Please pass this info on to anyone you have told about the training. Soon-to-be Key Manager, Dan Graham, will be hosting the workshop.
