"A
platoon is all it takes, not an army!"
The
Million Friends Support System will help you
get
to the level you set as your goal
This page is KISS 8
in the KISS
System;
other KISS pages are
shown in the grid >>>
This can be YOUR DESTINY
We
want you to see what is possible with just 40 active people...75%
of which come from your 4 properly
recruited LEADERS. The lesson: Tell the story right. Sell the support we offer.
Sell the timing. In other words, sell the career
potential and the dream, not
just water, air, and nutrition. Simply put:
Sell Vollara's destiny and
GO FOR
LEADERS...

The Million Friends boosters
pictured above and below are among the early birds who are
working to build large Vollara networks. The path to success
is to build width first; then leaders under leaders under leaders;
and BE A
LEADER YOURSELF. |
*
With "dozens" of Executives you can make
$100,000 to $175,000 per
year.
**
With "hundreds" of Executives you can make
$200,000 to $750.000 per
year.
With a thousand Executives there is no
limit.
Don't tell me these numbers—dozens, hundreds, a
thousand—are too big to believe. Big networking
empires have been built before and they will be
built in Vollara. "Someone's going to do it; why
not me? |
|
Vollara needs to build 10,000 Executive level leaders in the
next 10 years.
How many of these 10,000
would you like to have in your network? Dozens? Hundreds?
(see */** notes
above)
It's going to
happen—that's the meaning of destiny! The sky is the limit for
people who start NOW.
|
|
Just suppose
this were your
6-month goal:
|
|
Do you know how to
get here? And what to expect
at the end point?
|
|
|
Follow
the process, step by step!
Even if
you can only build your network on a part-time basis,
a 40-person
(40
distributorships)
group is definitely reachable.
If you
are serious, start with a Fast Start Essentials Plus
pack. |
***
Each
step in this model could be 1, 2, 4 or even 6 months
long. Thus,
you could arrive at our 40 distributor end point in 6 to 36 months.
The actual results will depend on your skill, your
commitment, and perhaps even on a certain amount of luck.
In any case it will be a worthwhile achievement. |
|
|
YOU - Step
1
See
the goal? See the results?
In
your mind, is this progress example
realistic?
|
Let's anticipate the step by step
construction of your group.
Great start! You recruited 2 people in
your 1st
***phase.
One is a leader (illustrated with
green). Imagine that your leader was short on money. So he started with a
LaundryPure Pack. Your other recruit joined because of LivingWater.
She got the Fast Start Essentials Plus pack because it was
such a
good deal...but she claims to have no interest in building a business
(not planning to be a leader but you
never know).
Although your ultimate goal may be much
bigger, your interim goal is to develop your group to 40 active people.
Fortunately, for purposes of this training, we are clairvoyant. Your
6-month end point
—a group with 4 developing legs—is shown with
shaded boxes. |
| |
|
You +2 at the end of phase #1 (above).
Then You +5 at the end of phase #2 (below).
To some people this will seem
slow.
But it's an excellent start. |
|
|
|
YOU - Step
2
Suppose
your phases are 1-month long.
Can you
picture recruiting 5 people in 2 months?
Does
that seem realistic? |
In your 2nd phase you recruit 3 more
distributors of which 1 is a
leader (illustrated with red). Your people haven't started
expanding yet and that feels a little frustrating.
Some doubt
nibbles at your soul! But you have sold "Green" and "Red"
on
the Million Friends system. You have feelings of impatience but you
believe in your company, your products, and your Million Friends
strategy.
Your goal is to be an Executive with 40
active people, 4 legs, and $2,500 of monthly income by the end of
your 6th phase. We shall see.
|
|
YOU - Step
3
Eight
people in 3 months...is that doable?
We want you to truly
believe in this honest example. |
You recruited 3 more people in your 3rd
phase and this time you hit the jackpot. "Blue" immediately
recruited someone good and his guy immediately followed suit.
Meanwhile, "Red" got his first recruit.
With 5,000 GQV, this became your first
qualifying month toward L6. You did not make Quick Start L5
so it looks like you will just skip that rank. (L5
and L6 both take 3 months)
It is important to keep going wide. You
need more legs. Almost everyone needs more legs.
Advice:
Don't kick back and rest until you have at least 12 well-developed
legs.
|
| |
|
By the end of phase #3 (above) your
group is starting to look like a
network.
It's you +11 and 5,000 GQV. The best news
is that 5 of your people are saying they
want to be leaders (3
in one leg). It is
impressive (and
very healthy) that you have continued your
personal recruiting at 2 or 3 per month.
Your consistent effort as a
recruiter is paying off nicely. You have recruited 10 people in
4 months (below) and this gives you great personal credibility.
Three of your people identify themselves as leaders and "Blue"
is off to as fast a start as you have achieved (following
your lead). You are lucky to have a strong leg this early
in your career. You earned it, but some hard workers do
everything right and don't find a big producer this early.
|
|

Note - To earn the Aruba trip you may
need to recruit at a faster pace than this model shows. We encourage
you to make an all-out push for Aruba. |
|
YOU - Step
4
"Blue"
and his 2 leaders added 5 people in 1 month.
Does this model still
look honest? That's our goal. |
"Blue" had a big month (for
discussion purposes it is easiest to think of each phase as a month). He's not using
Million Friends, but he has networking experience and you are not
going to push him.
You added 2 new 1st levels and easily did
your 5,000 GQV (but you didn't get a
new leader).
Three of your small fry have listened to
1 or 2 calls but they aren't indicating that they want to make a
leader-type commitment.
You have read The
Ten Stages presentation.
It accurately describes some of
the experiences you are feeling!
|
|
YOU - Step
5
In your
5th month your group added 12 people.
An exciting but totally
believable month. Do you agree? |
Vollara noticed you at this point. You were
asked to be on a conference call. Exciting stuff!
You got your 4th good leg—"Gold"—and she
started fast. "Green" came to life. "Blue" continues to be your
strongest leg. "Gold" brought in a leader and all 3 distributors in
that leg are using Million Friends.
To be sure of your Executive
qualification you need to stimulate some action in "Red" or—and this
is an important option—bring in additional leader legs.
|
| |
|
Note: It is important
to encourage your groups to expand geographically.
For best growth,
every leg, every sub-leg and every sub-sub-leg should be diversified
in this way. |
|
|
|
YOU - Step
6
Tens of
thousands of Americans would be overjoyed
with
this much
progress—whether it takes 6 or 24 months.
And plenty of potential lies ahead. |
You achieved your qualification and ended
this phase with over 9,000 GQV...an
average of 225 PV times 40 active people. The numbers are very
believable when you break them down that way.
Your group added only 12
new distributors this phase. By getting that number up to
20 or 30
per month, you can double your GQV and make a lot more money.
Now at L6, you are earning Pricing
Overrides and Cycle Bonus Points. Based on Fast Start Pack orders,
you earned 5 Cycle and Mega Bonus points...so a week or 2 from now
you will earn your first $700 Cycle Bonus. More recruiting will make
a big difference in this department!
Team and Fast Start Bonuses are paid on the
15th. Counting Cycle Bonuses and Pricing Overrides this will put $2,500 of
new income in your bank account this month.
Recruiting must CONTINUE. This diagram is
a snapshot of where you stand at one point in time. You can earn more by (a)
building more width, (b) building more depth, (c) promoting the
Starter Packs and (d) through the progress your downline leaders
make (the benefit of leverage). |

Commentary/Lessons/Ideas
|
Our leader set a strong example
by starting with
a Fast Start
Essentials Plus
Pack. |
|
|
|
Let us say the
leader is YOU.
What did you do
right? |
|
|
|
Your goal is a
good one.
[40 active
distributors; 4 strong legs;
and to complete it in 6
months.] |
|
| |
|
You started
recruiting immediately.
[Good for your
personal morale and
a strong example for your
people.] |
|
|
|
From day 1,
you
were specifically
looking for
leaders! |
|
|
|
You used the
Million Friends system
for guidance,
ideas, inspiration,
and downline
support. |
|
| |
|
You tried but
did not reach L5
through the Quick Start option.
[No problem!
It's good but not required.] |
|
|
|
You kept
recruiting new 1st level
people EVERY
MONTH. |
|
|
|
You urged others
to use Million Friends
...but
you were not pushy or insistent
when "Blue" took a
different course. |
|
| |
|
At L6 you are
now eligible for
the Cycle and
Mega bonuses and
for pricing
overrides. |
|
|
|
You knew from
the beginning
that you would
need 4 strong legs
to qualify as an
L6 Executive. |
|
|
|
You were one of
the company's
top group
builders during your
6 start-up
months. |
|
| |
|
You felt like
things weren't moving
fast enough in
your first few months.
Many people feel
this way! |
|
|
|
|
|
Drop-outs are not
shown in our model but we are not
trying to pretend they do not exist. For a variety of reasons, some
people sign up and never
order again. There has to be more recruiting and group development than you see
here.
To end up with 40 ACTIVE
PEOPLE you may have to build 80 or
120 into your group.
But drop-outs have PLENTY of
value.
|
1. They serve as inspirational stepping stones. You feel excited
because you recruited 3 people even if 2 of them are destined to
drop out.
2. On a group-wide basis, maybe you bring in 300 new people
in a year and keep 100 for the rest of your life. That's very
profitable.
|
3. Moreover, drop-out people order products and starter
packs, thus contributing to your GV and Cycle/Mega points.
4. They help
you qualify for contest benefits.
5. They can lead you to downline
recruits before they drop out.
6. And they help you learn. What did I
do wrong? Was that the wrong kind of prospect? Did I push too much?
|
The secret to building a
career...
...Is to inspire
your leaders—at all levels—to achieve AT LEAST the group we have
created in this model. $2,500 a
month is not a fortune but it's enough to keep someone in the
business FOR LIFE.
As a leader, you
must also care
about and provide service for your non-leaders. In this model, 10
leaders are indicated out of 40 Active people. The leaders are
the backbone of your group. The 30 distributors are your flesh and
blood! You are the brain!
Thanks for
reading what is perhaps
the most profound
and important page
on
Chippynews.com!
We hope you will read it again.
