Pharmaceuticals in drinking water:
Over the past week there has been several calls regarding the recent news media of pharmaceuticals in the drinking water supply. At this time, we do not have testing data from our filter manufactures stating any of our filters are capable of removing pharmaceuticals from the water. Therefore we can make no claims that our SpringHouse or Living Water Ultra units are capable of removing these contaminants. It has been noted that ozone (as in the Living Water II & III) will oxidize many of these chemicals.
