Can you
say these specific words
to your
friends and prospects?
"Bill,
today is February 9, 2012. If I can absolutely take you
to an income of $200,000 per year within 3 years from today
and help you build that level of security so it will last
for the rest of your life, what amount of attention and
commitment would you trade for that?"
What would Bill have to do?

Life-changing Advice
If you're old
enough, you will remember a gold metal Olympic boxer
named Cassius Clay who later (when
drafted for Vietnam)
declared himself to be a conscientious objector, was
sent to jail, was eventually exonerated, changed his
name to Muhammad Ali and went on to become one of
the greatest boxing champions of all time. Ali was a
remarkably important American--socially and
politically--for 4 decades and for a time he was
arguably the best-known human on the face of the
Earth. Perhaps from his boxing injuries, Ali came
down with Parkinson's Disease and has had great
difficulty talking for 25 years. |
 |
This page was created in the
aftermath of a young golfer's US
Open golf champion in June 2011. A TV commentator mentioned that Rory McIlroy based his dedication to golf on a particular quote from
Muhammad Ali. It sounded like wonderful advice, so I went to the web and
found it for the Vollara world. Keep reading, my friend, this could be life-changing.
“It's the
repetition of affirmations that leads to belief.
And once
that belief becomes a deep conviction, things begin
to happen.”
|
Just 21 words, but powerful.
Now I'll
insert a little quirk of history before we talk about these
quotes. Cassius Clay was born on January 17, 1942, and so was
Bob Giddens. For 45 years these two men had
no reason to meet. Then about 25 years ago the electricity
blinked out just as I was trying to check out of a hotel in the
Bahamas. The girl at the counter asked if I wanted to sit in a
private room until their system came back online. She showed me
to a card table in an otherwise empty room. Two minutes later
she brought in Ali and sat him next to me. I
didn't try to converse because I know celebrities
get tired of that. But I sure would have introduced myself if
I'd known at the time that we shared the same birthday. I would
have pulled out my driver's license and asked him to look at my
date of birth. Oh well, that opportunity was lost.
But let's get back to these
inspirational quotes.
Here are some good
ones:
“Champions aren't made in the gyms.
Champions are made from something
they have deep inside them
—a desire, a dream, a vision.”
|
|
Do you have a dream? Do you have desire? Do you have
a vision for the future of Vollara and your role in
that future? Do you even know what dreams, desire
and vision are all about? |
|
“He who is not courageous enough to take
risks
will accomplish nothing in life.” |
|
The risks we take in Vollara are not monetary.
Spending $2,694 to buy a LaundryPure Pack and a Fast Start Pack is
not unreasonable. The real risk is when we tell our friends,
job mates, and family members that we're in network marketing. We risk
their disapproval, their ridicule, their rejection,
and even lost friendships. A Vollara person who does
not have the guts to take these risks will
probably not do very well. |
“It's lack of faith that makes
people afraid of meeting challenges,
and I believed in myself.”
|
|
The courage you need to take big risks comes from
your faith in the future of Vollara, faith in the
system you are using (such
as Million Friends)
and faith in yourself. |
“I hated every minute of training,
but I said, 'Don't quit,
suffer now and live the rest of your
life as a champion.'
"
|
|
Most of our work is not as painful as the training a
boxer goes through. On the other hand, it can be
pretty painful to approach new prospects on a
regular basis. If you hate doing this, you have to
do it anyway. |
When a famous person says something, that
doesn't automatically make it right.
We could fill books with things
famous people have said that were wrong or stupid.
I went Online to
find some examples.
I say no to drugs, but they (the
drugs) don’t
listen.
|
I have opinions of my own—strong
opinions—but I don’t always agree
with them.
|
A low voter turnout is an indication
of fewer people going to the polls.
|
Fiction writing is great, you can
make up almost anything.
|
"Suffer now and
live the rest of your life as a champion..."
I'm not writing about these quotes
because they come from someone famous;
I selected them because they
make powerful sense. I'm hoping these words will stimulate some
introspection,
some solid planning and some life-changing
consequences.

Most people have never thought about using Affirmations
to better themselves. Of the people who have thought
about Affirmations, most have never used them. Of the
few who have used Affirmations to a small extent, almost
no one has used them regularly and with intensity!
Regularity (also known as
consistent effort) and Intensity can make all the
difference in the world.
We all need to bolster our belief levels in
many areas. Belief in Vollara's future.
Belief in our place in that future. Belief in our
downline—both present and future. Belief in how Vollara
products could help the next person you talk to. Belief
in how a Vollara career could totally change the life of
the next person you talk to. Belief in the power of the
Million Friends system. Belief in our ability to help
the people we have recruited. Belief in the significance
of baby boom 2. Belief in the need for getting ahead of
the upcoming inflation. There are many tiers of belief.
This list could fill several pages!
Most people do not have enough desire. They want things.
They hope for progress. They pray for divine assistance.
But they don't usually have even half as much burning
desire as a champion really needs. To have a high level
of desire you have to submit yourself to a high level of
risk (as in ridicule,
rejection, disapproval).
Most people's vision is hazy. They should be adding
detail and conviction to the way they see the future.
Every day they have to live, relive and relish their
version of the future in their own mind's eye.
Very few of us have major dreams. Think about this. In
your wildest—but believable dream—what do you
want? What do you really want?
Most people shy away from risk. The Ali quote is pretty
clear on where an aversion to risk will take you.
We tend not to think like champions. Most of us
don't have enough faith, enough passion, enough
commitment. We don't have written affirmations and, when
we get that far, we don't repeat them often enough and
passionately enough.
Most of us do not have the guts to KEEP DOING the things
that are important but out of our comfort zone. We are
especially weak in this area when the going gets tough. |

Three
years from today the date will be February 9, 2015
For
Starters...
|
Accept the idea that it might be
possible to build a $200,000 income. (More
is also possible.)
Acknowledge that a solid $200,000 lifetime income
would be a good thing.
Listen to or review some Million
Friends links. Bob
Giddens put an asterisk* next to the ones he
recommends for your initial evaluation. |
|
Admit to yourself that there is no other job offer or
realistic business opportunity that offers this same level
of potential.
Understand that Vollara is entering a 10-year run of growth
that is empowered by the US economy, by baby boom 2 and by
Vollara's unmatched products and competitive ownership.
Agree to take a few initial risks. These are minor risks but
they are the key to our whole program! They are extracted
from the Young Market Presentation.
2. I will use
Vollara products
3. I will take other people
to the top with me
4. I won't quit, won't stop,
won't despair and will never give up
Find a way to order a LaundryPure and Fast Start Pack if you are
fully serious.
Spend a few hours of study time with
www.chippynews.com
and your Vollara websites:
www.morevollara.com
and www.myvollara.com.
Participate in the Million Friends System at least twice
weekly.
Write and use Goals and Affirmations.
Get to work! Introduce other people to this exact same
program. Never be pushy, but work with belief, dedication
and passion.
